Our AC quit working not long after our old reliable HVAC repairman had retired. A few requests for recommendations led to JB Aire. I gave them a call and was not disappointed. They were responsive and courteous. Surprisingly, they actually listened to me explain the symptoms. Seth and Cameron were beyond able and courteous. (If I owned an HVAC company, I would definitely be looking to poach these men.) The repair was fast and reasonably priced. Thank you for your help. I never want to call for repairs but I am glad to have found someone to call when I must.
We thought our old system needed to be replaced. JB Aire came and were able to fix it on the spot for a reasonable amount. They are efficient, honest and will be our first call when we do replace.
Hello, I'm not much on posting reviews, but owe JB Air the courtesy. Dennies, was quick to call back and assured that we would be taken care of. I received a call from Camaron & Seth letting me know that they finished there previous call early and gave me a call to ask if it was ok to come out early, respecting my time. When the two young men came out i was a bit surprise that they were so young. Do not let their age fool you, they both know plenty to get you taken care of. Once i met and explained my findings, they went right to work and within minutes found my issue and fixed it in a timely manner. I really could go on but i think you get the point. I've been in the food service industry for many many years and it's always been about taking care of the customer. JB Air and their teams does just that! Thanks again for the great service!

Seth came out to fix our fan motor, and did an excellent job. He’s a well rounded, and polite young man. I wouldn’t have asked for a better company. If you’re looking for a company that can accompany your needs with efficiency then call jb aire.
This company is great!!! They were able to come out same day, Seth and Cameron were so professional, friendly, no hard sells. And Denise with scheduling was the best! They diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and fixed everything. Very trustworthy and honest. JB Aire is definitely our go to A/C company now.
I called JB Aire because my AC wasn't blowing cool. They were able to see me the same day that I called, and actually were able to come by a little earlier than anticipated which was great! Seth and Cameron were the guys that came by to help us out. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and took the time to show me and explain. They got us all fixed up, and I would highly recommend using this company for any of your AC needs.

Adam came out to my house to troubleshoot my AC problem for me. He figured it out in no time. I had just had surgery a few months previous and he was patient (as I was still limping around) with me and he explained the problem in words that I could understand. I was very pleased with the service, price, and professionalism. And the AC still works amazingly today!
Despite it being the busy season for HVAC, JB managed to squeeze me in and took care of my AC for a great price! They diagnosed, and fixed my AC in no time at all!
Adam and Denise came out to fix my A/C that had stopped blowing cold. Within an hour they had fixed the issue and did not break the bank. They made me feel genuinely taken care of and not just wham bam thank you ma'am kind of thing. That's very hard to find these days. JB Aire is my go to for anything AC or heat. True professionals.

I'm extremely happy with the customer service I received from JB Aire from the time I called them to ask about their HVAC system checkup to the time they completed their inspection. They were very responsive and got me scheduled the next day for service. Once the technicians arrived to my home, which was just before their scheduled time, the young technicians introduced themselves and were very professional. They explained what they were going to do and completed their inspection in about 1.5 hours or so for 2 units. Their prices were great and to top it off they are locally owned in the Spring Branch area. I looked on the Nextdoor app and found many neighbors in the community that highly recommended JB Aire, which helped me make the decision to hire then. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs and they have earned a lifelong customer. Thank you guys for your excellent customer service and treating me like family! So we were having ac issues and I messaged Adam after 8pm on Friday night just after 4th of July hoping for a possible response Saturday. Well to my surprise, they messaged back that night and squeezed me into his schedule the next day! Adam found multiple issues, made repairs necessary and hung around to verify everything was working fine. We are so thankful! Highly recommend JB Air for your HVAC needs!!!
Denise is awesome - responsive and precise, treats you like family. Adam took the time to explain to us what was going wrong with our (ancient) unit and what he needed to do to fix it, and the price was very reasonable. They're our new go-to company for any future issues we have. Highly recommended!
