James Norvelle was out and fixed our freezer. He was detailed and very knowledgeable. Fixed our issues and was a amazing technician.

They have a great mascot
The idiot with license plates KMW1605 nearly killed my family of 4 on the road today simply because he didn’t want to miss his exit. It was way too close of a call, a miracle if you will. I hope he’s fired and his license is suspended before he kills or hurts someone. If you’re wondering who it could have been it was today 05/08/19 at 11:50 AM on Beltway 8 close to I-10. Close to memorial area.
