My A/C went out on a Sunday. While I was gone and unfortunately it was the weekend I called Airstream Air Conditioning and Heating, 512 Minnesota St, South Houston, TX 77587. Monday morning (thankfully it was a cool weekend) I was called be back with a 2 hr. timeframe for the technician to arrive. The technician was very personable and thorough. When I asked questions, he answered them and explained it all to me. He had no issues with my son observing what he doing and he troubleshot from the outside to the inside, checking all wiring, the thermostat, and the hot attic (and I was told what that needed to have the A/C back up and running). For the work he did, the pricing was very fair and reasonable. Airstream Air Conditioning and Heating is a very courteous, prompt, and reasonable. I will be using the again for any future preventative maintenance or issues. Very Highly Recommend.

The owner is very professional and knowledgeable. Our heater went out just days after brining our newborn home, he came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part the next day. We have returned ever since.
COMPLETLY UNPROFESSIONAL RIPPOFFS. DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. Horrible experience. They came out an misdiagnosed twice. Charged me 450.00 and left saying it was fixed. It wasn't. No one would answer the phone. I went the whole weekend AT 98 degrees. When they did pick up the phone Monday they told me a bunch of BS then eventually got around to admitting they didn't know what to do and that they would rather just not mess with it. Can you believe it.
