The technician was on time and was very respectful and he took care of our problem in a timely manner.
Jeff and Ben came right out to take care of an issue a elderly friend of mine was having with her unit. They also shed more light on what her original issues may have been with the unit . Very professional with great customer service. They got the job done. Thank you for helping her.
Our tech was on time, polite, and did a great job in making sure our AC was working great. I appreciate him taking the time to explain things and let me know what he was seeing while checking our system. The best part is that Newton Heating Air Conditioning doesn’t try to charge for something that isn’t necessary. I highly recommend their services.
It's only been a couple of days since my new furnace was installed but the whole experience with this company has been positive. Their customer service is fantastic and they are very professional. I chose to go with them because I had read so many of their good reviews. They did not disappoint.
Great experience with Newton Heating Air Conditioning. I called on a Sunday morning and got a technician by 11:30am. Newton was very friendly and knowledgeable about the repair he had to make. He gave me several options/pricing for the repair.

Josh came out today and replaced the millivolt generator in my wall heater after i called Newton Heating Air Conditioning yesterday. He was very careful in fixing my unit and did it very professionally at no extra costs. I will call them again without hesitating in case there be any issue with my heating system.

We got great AC tech service from Josh.His timely arrival, knowledge and professional attitude was amazing.It was a routine Fall check-up and as usual he was on time and completed our home and then on to our daughter’s home to perform the same check-up. I highly recommend Newton Heating Air Conditioning for any cooling and heating work.
