I called because our a/c went out and didn't think they'd be able to get out until Wednesday. I understood with the holiday. A few hours later, I was surprised to receive a text that our technician was on his way. Everything was fixed and ready to go within a few hours. So impressed with the service!

Brandin arrived near 10 am, which was the earlier end of the 10 am - 2 pm window. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to explain what problem he found. He fixed the problem and diagnosed the system to make sure everything else was operating within parameters.

My A/C went out on the week of the hottest days of the year so far. I contacted GVEC, they scheduled me for first available service hour visit, and service tech arrived diagnosed problem and made repairs. The visit and repairs were covered under warranty.

Abraham and Erin were amazing. Our install of the ac left much to be desired. Abraham did not do the install. Another team did. The job felt a bit rushed, and we wound up with some plumbing issues and thermostats issues that were not acceptable for us. At initial install the team replumbed the drain line thru our secondary and left us with pvc throughout our porch. It was a mess. If things had been left the way they were I would have been completely dissatisfied with gvec for ac service and would not recommend. Abraham and Erin came to the rescue time and again. I can’t thank them enough for their responsiveness and correcting all our issues. He came out replumbed to our liking, and found a suitable solution to the thermostats. Erin was amazing getting back to us and working with us on financing as well. There was a bit extra cost for the fixes but reasonable and understandable. The overall pricing on the unit was also one of the best bids we found and they worked with us to match any similar offers.
Adrian was very prompt and thorough. He explained everything that he was doing. He also told me what the problem was and what caused it. Very professional and knowledgeable.
I recently had my air conditioner repaired by GVEC, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Rudy. He was incredibly polite and took the time to thoroughly discuss the issue with me. Rudy's expertise and dedication led to a successful resolution of the problem with the drainage line. Overall, I had a very positive experience with GVEC, and I highly recommend their services.

Abraham Gonzales came to our aid on an emergency call. Hotest day of the year, up in the attic of a very tall 2 story, at the hottest time of the day. Found the problem keeping our unit from working , and did his magic. Thank you to Abraham.

Christian did a thorough check and he found a leak in the duct that is connected at the output of the closet unit. He included it in his report. After I received a quote for the repair, I sent a text to GVEC explaining that this is apparently an original installation problem and that the repair should be made by GVEC at no cost to me. I have asked 3 times to have a manager phone me about this, and each time the operator says they are in a meeting or unavailable, but that they will phone me later. However, no manager has yet to contact me! Do I need to write to CEO Daren Schafer as I am loosing a lot of cooling air directly in my closet rather than into my home. Your own website says that you stand behind your work, and I hope that this is indeed true. Please have a manager contact me early next week.
Our AC wasn’t cooling. Adrian found the problem right away and fixed it. He is a great technician—the only one we ask will ask for.
