Johnny and Marco were professional and courteous. They took their time checking my ac system and let me know what issues they found. They didn't try to sell me on correcting any of the issues right away but instead have me a quote and their professional opinion on the matter. I would highly recommend them!
In the brutal heat of San Antonio summers, going without air for an hour can be unbearable. Called and James showed up 2 hours later. Diagnosed the issue with the unit within three minutes and had the house cool again within 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable, very professional, very engaging and assisted with a new bi-annual tune-up service plan. HIGHLY recommend calling ALL SERVICE A/C & Heating for your HVAC needs.

My AC went out on one of the hottest days so far this year and they were able to squeeze me in to fix it quickly. No one else was able to make it for days and a neighbor told me to go to them. Very thankful!

It was a short notice service inquiry. but the All Service dispatcher quickly found a technician who could quickly respond. After arriving, the service Associate, Luis, immediately got to work identifying the problem(s). He took his time checking the entire outside and inside system. He took pictures and videos of the areas of concern and with them did a great job explaining everything to me. . With all information available it was easy to accept his job proposal. Overall, Luis is one of he best A/C technicians we have met. I highly recommend All Service Air Conditioning.
I have appliance insurance but it doesn't cover maintenance. Insurance technician was very vague about the problem. All Service Technician took pictures of all problems with the AC and explained everything in detail where I could understand. Needless to say I will be using this company for the service that needs to be done.

The service tech Luis Martinez was the best. The service was outstanding, excellent knowledge and skills to find the AC issues and correct them promptly at a very reasonable price. The dedication to professional service was the best I have ever experienced. I will all ways call All Service Air for the best service.

Once again All Service came to the rescue and didn’t disappoint! I have used All Service since 2009. Always dependable and professional employees. Today, Sunday, I made an urgent request for a/c service and within an hour Christo Martinez arrived, recognized the problem and got our system running. Thank you Christo and All Service.
Very expensive they charged $60 only for visit pls don't call all service I have very bad experience only to change ac fan they charge $700 fan cost is $149 only
Dillon was very professional, friendly, and honest. He was able to find the problem because of checking more than once and ended up saving me money. I’ve had this company’s service in my home two times now and both times they were honest and only fixed what was needed when had they been dishonest they could’ve made more money . I highly recommend this company! It’s wonderful to know that an ethically run business is still around!

Very profesional and honest A/C work. Technician James Sprinkle did a great job on our system and explained everything to us. Replaced our capacitor quickly, while still doing an A1 job. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their A/C fix.
Luis came late at night on a Friday to fix our AC issue. He explained how to keep the problem from happening again, and was a great price. Highly recommend.
