Had my whole unit replace these are the real deal I got multiple quotes from different AC companies. Woods offered me the best warranty and a free hot water heater with my unit. You cannot go wrong as a homeowner. I highly recommend this company very professional very good work. I am a real homeowner and very happy.

We had a clogged condensate line and couldnt fix it ourselves. Travis came out on same day notice and fixed it in about 30 minutes. Money well spent and we have our AC back.

We just had our entire HVAC system replaced with Woods Comfort Systems. We are very happy with the service we have received. David Partain has been so responsive and professional. The service has been off the charts! Saul and Thomas, Jr were so respectful, nice and such hard workers on one of the hottest days of the year to install a new unit. They have come back and tweaked the system in a very timely manner. We are so happy we found this excellent company!!
Michael E. got this fixed incredibly quick. It was frustrating having to wait almost a week for the repair to happen, especially during a heatwave where it's 100+ outside and 90+ inside, but Michael was a huge help and I'm appreciative of him getting it fixed so fast
of the next day after noon. They arrived 36 h. He spent about 45 minutes until he found the issue. Some insulation had rubbed off a wire on the outside unit causing a short. He taped it up and it started working. The only thing I did not like was the dispatch fee of $85 and a labor fee of $81, AND a fuel fee of $5 for a total of $171! $228/ hour. I felt this was excessive. I certainly don’t make that much. The technician was courteous and professional and did a good job.
The technician Travis did a great job with the diagnostic service. He was very helpful in explaining what he found. He addressed all the issues and provided helpful solutions.
Michael was able to work me into his busy day and replaced my failed starter capacitor in 10 minutes. He also gave me some helpful tips on my system. Great job.
We were informed proir to the technician's arrival plus information of his appearance. Once here, he was very informative and knowledgeable of our concerns of water damage (es) and left us with complete satisfaction of his performance

Michael Eisenhower is the best technician ever! Gave us options for our 8 year old system and no pressure to choose one over the other! He has been to our home in the past and we always receive excellent customer service. Thank you! Today ... the Woods team came to our home to replace the whole unit outside and in the attic. On May 19th your employee driving truck #156 on purpose he recklessly took the turn lane to pass. He was driving east on 306 and common. The other vehicles had to hit the brakes in order to avoid an accident.
Woods is a VERY reputable company with great technicians working for them. Travis is our tech. He is very knowledgeable and always very polite. I feel comfortable that he will do all that is necessary to make sure our systems stay in proper working order. I would highly recommend the company and more importantly- Travis-to everyone
