Thank you so much to Guillermo Sr and Guillermo Jr with Cool Knight AC service for coming out on a Saturday (within 10 min of texting them!!) to fix our AC unit. They were fast, amazing and professional to work with! I highly recommend them!! We will using them again and have them maintain our central air unit from now on!!
I’m giving a 5 star rating because I can’t give 10 stars! Thank you to this amazing company for their timely response, quality service and FAIR pricing. I had a previous quote prior to contacting Cool Knight that was almost twice what this company was charging and it was going to take up to two weeks to get the part and Cool Knight was able to complete the service in under 24 hours . With this Texas heat, their quick response saved us.
Fast and responsive!! We needed maintenance done to our AC unit, they were very knowledgeable and thorough.
They came out and ran routine maintenance on my A/C Unit, found an issue with something and gave me a more than reasonable fee to replace the part. They were very nice and gave tips and tricks on how to keep the unit working wonderfully between yearly maintenance visits. My house is nice and cool and ready for the summer heat!

AC went out immediately started reaching out to a few HVAC places and most did not have availability until 2 days out. Reached out to Cool Knight and they came out and made repairs within 2 hours. 10/10 recommend
Super responsive and quick to come out when my former AC company wasn’t responding. They were so kind and helpful during a very stressful process, and accommodated my needs during the process of completely replacing my AC unit. They follow up, stay in consistent communication and were professional throughout. I would highly recommend them, especially because of the genuineness in their interaction as opposed to my previous experiences with AC companies.
