On time, gave me many options to fit our budget, and was more interested in saving/repairing my old material and system. They sent levels of options, when they said they would. We still have a few phases to go through, so I bay have to update my review. So far, 2 thumbs up!

Don’t expect to have repairs done quickly when parts need to be ordered. There is a waiting time these days from the manufacturer but Deans shop installs as soon as they receive them. And they provide heaters while you wait if you need them.

On time, repaired my air conditioner and quickly got the house cooled off. Inspected my 2nd conditioner also. Explained everything they found and how it was working. Highly recommended.
Deans shop customer service is excellent. They prioritize their customers and do their best to make sure you are happy with their work. I was reminded to get everything in writing, which is always a good idea when dealing with any business. We had a couple hiccups but they did right by us and can be counted upon. Ask for Lindsey.

The young man was professional and friendly. Was patient enough to show me exactly what went wrong with the unit. And when asked even gave me a few tips and things I myself could check and keep an eye on to hopefully avoid any additional problems with the unit down the road. Thank you for your service.
I have been on the Board of Directors of Redwood Community Center, Inc., dba Centro Esperanza for many years. Dean's Shop has been wonderful about helping us with our needs at the community center. When we first built the center in 2013, they helped us decide what would be the best way to heat and cool our small building. They installed the equipment for us and have kept it going well for 10 years. Minor repairs were taken care of immediately. I highly recommend Dean's Shop. They are a great company to work with.
Well, the electrical outlet does work now, but I was of the impression that he did not need to stay for very long, and did not use any new materials; I think $150.00 is too high a bill.
My HVAC and Electrical system checked out. Feels good to know everything is in working order. Staff was competent and professional. Very pleased.
I called up Dean's to deal with some issues I was having with the venting in the kitchen of the house we just moved into. Tyler was very thorough in assessing the issue and even looked up information about our smoke detector because he thought it might be placed in the wrong location in our house. He helped us figure out a solution that didn't cost us tons of money. We'll also be needing work done installing new lights and updating our electrical panel and I will 100% be calling them again.
Dean's Shop was so prompt and very friendly in all encounters.
The guys at Dean’s Shop are always very professional and take great care to let me know what work they are completing and any preventative maintenance I can look out for. They arrive on time and are always pleasant to communicate with while they are at the house.

9/2021 We finally decided to replace our very OLD air conditioning unit, and our new equipment was ordered and installed in 2 weeks. Tyler came out this morning and everything went great! We really appreciate his help. 8/2021 Tyler came to our house and was able to diagnose our problem quickly and got us fixed up until our new HVAC system gets here! Ordering our installation package with the office was easy. 2020 Really appreciate Walter and his associate for coming out this morning. They were able to get our a/c unit up and running again within the hour! We have used Dean's Shop a couple of summers ago, and had great service then too. We plan to set up a maintenance service plan with them!
