Genesis was so professional and helped me so much on the phone. Danny was quick to respond and very knowledgeable in his area. I would recommend this comfy air to anyone. :)
Matt B. was my service tech today and he did a fantastic job! He was very polite, professional, and courteous. He even offered to fix my weed eater! I've had this Daikin unit for almost two years and I love it. Comfort Crew always does great work and I highly recommend them.
Genesis was very polite over the phone , answered all my questions and helped schedule the maintenance appointment at my home. She gave me all the information of who the tech would be and I even received a picture and tracking info on the techs arrival time.
I had Comfort Crew out today to service my A/C units. Danny, the technician showed up on time and was courteous, professional, and did great work. He did an excellent job and left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. One of the tenants asked a question and Danny did an excellent job explaining the answer. I was impressed with the service from Comfort Crew and will be a repeat customer. Thank you Comfort Crew!!
I had an ongoing problem with my AC. At least 3 other HVAC companies came out over the years and they always put a Band-Aid fix on it, only to have the issue return later. I reported the issue again to my home warranty company and this time they sent Comfort Crew. I thought, great, here we go again. Comfort Crew sent Juan out the next day and he ACTUALLY FIXED THE PROBLEM!!! He showed me exactly which part was failing and why. It's been perfect ever since and that was almost a year ago. I highly recommend Juan at Comfort Crew!!
While I have not received a service at Comfort Crew (yet!), I am currently trying to learn all of my options and called in. I spoke to Delilah (I believe that is her name), and she explained everything to me regarding their service area (to make sure I am within range), what they do and do not service, and just the overall procedure. Thank you for making everything clear and straightforward!
Called Comfort Crew to establish routine HVAC maintenance for our home system. Matt B arrived right on time for our inspection and was very professional and provided excellent customer care. Matt did a thorough review of our system and went over his evaluation with my wife and I. Matt told us we have a couple items to keep an eye on but nothing that needed immediate action. Based on our initial experience we would highly recommend Comfort Crew and Matt.

Eddies team repaired and cleaned our duct work. No our system is healthy and worry free. Team showed up on time, was very educational, provided what we thought was a fair price and then completed in under the time they thought it would take. Comfort Crew was assigned by AHS for an AC issue 3 months ago. Comfort Crew says it is not their problem and AHS says is it not their problem. Meanwhile absolutely nothing gets done. I deal with a lot of contractors and these folks are some of the more unprofessional and incompetent contractors that I have dealt with. UPDATE - I received a call from the owner but he was only interested in talking about how a negative review would hurt his small business, not about his lack of customer service and communication. To be clear, I had called them numerous times prior about the service and (maybe) received one call back over the course of the 3 months that the service request was open. It gets worse - we had the repair done for under $300 by one of our vendors. There was no condenser fan motor needed, no special parts. There was a hole in a plenum and the damper for the upstairs wouldn't open. System could use new damper motors, but a quick check by a competent contractor found there were no major problems. I have no idea what Comfort Crew had diagnosed, but the system is working. So not only is the customer service and communication lacking, the actual service seems at best suspect. Notes from HVAC tech (not Comfort Crew) from 10/3/22 "Went into attic and found open hole on one side of plenum. Checked damper operation through hole Found downstairs damper working fine and upstairs damper wouldn’t open Manually opened upstairs damper and sealed hole in duct Checked capacitors and tested unit operation" UPDATE - to be clear, Comfort Crew left a resident without working AC for months and does not see that they have any resposibility for awful customer service. I received very minimal communication and attention until a bad review was posted. AGAIN - after three months of an AC not working, it was repaired in a couple of hours for a minimal cost. Sure home warranty companies can be difficult to deal with, but that shoud not be an excuse to provide poor, incompetent servic
Danny with Comfort Crew was great! He walked me through each step of the maintenance process and was very respectful of our home. He didn’t even wake our little one from his nap!
I have had a few different companies try and come fix my ac not one could do that till we called comfort crew and junior did an amazing job getting in and out and fix it!! Definitely recommend them
Big shout out to the team at Comfort Crew for their timeliness in addressing my needs. They were able to come out early the next day, inspect, diagnose, and repair items that were needing to be addressed. Danny did phenomenal. He was on time, courteous, professional, and productive.
