This company is contracted by Home Depot & Lowes, promising Same Day Service if call before noon. I contacted them& they responded that they'd call me in the morning to schedule for that day. When they called, they said they could not come out same day. When they did come, they quoted 3THOUSAND dollars to install a water heater. Thats not even including the price of the water heater! Then the guy was laughing about how a woman (previous customer) was frustrated with the cost & how "she was lucky that $4thousand was all that was charged. Yep, FOUR THOUSAND! NEIL- do better. Be a better person. Also, I used another company to install the water heater for a grand total of $150. Not thousands! $150.

$3400+with military discount Over price for the repair that was done. Over charge for test analysis. To turn off water and to cut 4 pipes that are next to each other$1856. ( 5 mins) to cut. To find out the line coming into the house was bad, Which I saw it outside of the house and I pointed it out to the plumber when he came to the my home. $99 for him to come. he should have just fixed the line outside and waste time cutting wall in my home and pipeline inside house. I do not recommend this technician nor company to any future customer and Military.. After talking to the plumber Department Management about the costs. They made it right by crediting me back some of the cost. Technician did a good repair.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had four separate visits during a stretch of 100°+ weather. Three were exactly what you want when you pay gor a service. They first serviced my broken AC that was overdue for replacement. Tech offered to send sales rep the same day, I accepted and he came a few hours later. Long story short I purchased new system with installation done two days later. Installation techs did the install but had an electrical issue that had to wait until the next day. They apologized for the delay but did inform us that the company would pay for us to stay in a hotel for the night due to the excessive heat. The next morning another tech completed the electrical connection and brought the unit online. Overall I am happy with this company. My negatives are the install techs did not wear shoe covers or use a floor tarp and dirtied my carpet up the stairs and in front of the AC closet. They also knocked a small chunk of plaster from an adjoining wall. Another issue was notification vs actual arrival time. Twice I was notified the tech was enroute only to have them show 3-5 hours later. They were also slow to return my calls after the job. Annoying but I got a good system installed in a very short time and at a very good price. I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE WHO ASKS.

I spoke with Alan and he was VERY responsive when trying to run my credit. I mean above and beyond, answer on the first ring responsive! I explained that I have a 1 and 3 year old in the house and this is during the start of the heatwave in San Antonio. He said “we can get window units” and even sent another guy here to convince me that they are trying to help “I left dinner with my wife to check your unit out”. He charged way more than other companies and was very convincing that their work was affiliated with Home Depot and they were just really stand up guys. He told me that he could get a letter to me explaining that the system was no good due to age and the storm that came through our area that caused lightening and other issues (which was in fact true) for my insurance company. He assured me that it would be sent to the adjuster and pictures of the work would be sent to me as well. After the unit was installed it was EXTREMELY hard to get him to respond. They left so much mess at my house, including the window units, work materials, trash, black sticky residue at the inside unit, etc. I couldn’t get Allen to respond to calls or texts. He continued to lie and say he’d call me back or that he had sent the forms. Once a woman called from ARS to ask how the unit was working and I told her what was going on and he immediately called me back then to tell me he wasn’t ignoring me he just didn’t have the phone. The unit was put in on May 24th and he didn’t send the pictures OR the letter until June 30th. In the letter he stated NOTHING he promised and of course I was denied coverage. I am so disgusted and disappointed by his lack of professionalism or compassion. He is a common snake oil salesman. He will make the sale by any means necessary and should be terminated. Once I started talking about my experience two others expressed how they were screwed over by will fix it. I’m not letting this go. *** Update: After texting the number with my information requested on 29 June and when I was available that day, I have still not been contacted. It is now 02 July. *** I left a message and still have not been contacted. I'm not satisfied with services provided and request 100% refund based on your Exceptional Service Guarantee for both 14683794 and 14667836 invoices. 1. Common causes of a breaker tripping are circuit overload, short circuit or ground fault. Yet, the service provided was to replace breaker due to a diagnoses of "breaker trips randomly" without finding the cause. 2. We had to have you come back out because replacing the breaker didnt fix the problem. It ended up being an exposed wire from the ceiling fan which is a safety/fire hazard that should have been identified and resolved the first time to which was charged for services again. 3. The outside outlets then stopped working. After unsatisfactory service, I had to resource another service. Upon opening the breaker box, we clearly identified an unattached wire within the breaker box. 4. I asked for all documentation and receipts. There was no accurate documentation for services proving a faulty breaker. It is lazy and unprofessional. As a customer and military service member, I feel taken advantage of and scammed. This situation has caused an unnecessary mental/financial strain on my family and my tenants and never should have happened.

Give them all a pay raise!!! I can't rave enough about my experience with Will Fix It. If you need a total HVAC system or just need a repairs call Will Fix It. Ask for Justin (my sales representative), Daniel and Alex ( my HVAC installation professionals) they have my gratitude and appreciation for all their hard work and making sure the job was done right. They all impressed me so much with their dedication and professionalism. My family is indebted to all of them and I can honestly say they will be the reason that I call Will Fix It first whenever I need something looked at or repaired. I will not only be telling my friends to use this company I will also be telling them to request all three of them for the service call because they get it done right. Our system went out while we were on vacation during this heat wave. I ended up getting 4 quotes and they were all pretty much in the same ball park. I went with Justin because he was able to answer my questions fully and didn't mind all of the questions that my wife and I had. The installation had a few hiccups but my HVAC team solved them all quickly and efficiently. We ended up going with a Lennox and so far we are happy with it. They even got us a portable unit to keep my dogs comfortable while we were waiting for our new system to arrive. I can't rave enough about them or the company that employs them. If you want it done right call Will Fix It before you call anyone else.

Great company. We had our water heater replaced. Will Fix it sent a Plumbing Advisor Myke. He looked at old water heater and location. Explained everything that needed to be done and why. Appointment was setup. Zac and team member showed on time . They were very professional and courteous. They had the old water out, and new one in quickly.
