I was so impressed with this company, and I will hire them for all my AC needs from here on out. Brian and his crew did an efficient and professional new AC install during a Texas heat wave and put in extra effort, free of charge, to keep my old system running until the new system arrived. Look no further if you have an AC issue. Redline will satisfy your expectations at a reasonable cost!
I used Redline to replace my central air unit. Redline came highly recommended. Friendly, professional, quality service at a price no other company could beat! I saved an enormous amount of money by choosing Redline!!! Top of the line and larger unit was installed compared to what other companies were offering. I have been using Brian and his team for years. Sam was providing A/C system preventive maintenance and listened to all my questions. He also found a plumbing problem not related to the A/C system and he had Brian call me to tell me about the issue.
I love Redline. Sam is so polite and thorough! When you call them you actually speak to a live body. So refreshing!
Excellent folks at this company! Brian, West, and the rest of the team are very easy to work with. Never pushy. They take the time to answer your questions and explain things. Their prices are extremely competitive. I have used them in the past for several repairs, and recently they installed a new heat pump system. It is always a great experience with them. Amazing service! At first I was looking for quotes and this company went above and beyond on explaining the differences between all types of systems, cost vs benefits. So after researching it was a no brainer to go with these guys! Their technicians were professional, efficient and explained the new equipment to me and my wife! So happy I went with these guys.

Outstanding service, from my first visit/estimate with Redline to completing their work. Brian and his crew are knowledgeable about what is needed ( I needed an entire new HVAC system for my old house, and the Redline crew also added insulation at the completion of installation), respectful of my time and my 83 year old home, and professional in their work. They are efficient, conscientious, and they met their promised deadlines. I will continue to use Redline for my ongoing maintenance simply because I trust their service. We’ve used Redline twice, once when each of our AC units went out. The first time our main AC went out on a Friday and Brian got us in first thing the following Monday when three other companies were telling me that I couldn’t be seen until end of the next week. The technicians showed up promptly and were professional and friendly. They quickly assessed our issue and actually took the broken part of our AC and repaired it instead of trying to get a new part and potentially having to wait weeks and spend a lot more money. The AC was back up and running later that afternoon! The second time our upstairs AC went out at 6pm during the week, I was able to get in touch with Brian and he had his technicians out the next day! They repaired the AC within an hour. We definitely recommend Redline for your AC needs!! We will be replacing our system in the next year or so and will definitely be doing our business here. Great communication, professional, and fair pricing!

I was very impressed with Redline. They were very professional, courteous, friendly, and quick! They ran some new wire from my HVAC system to my new thermostat and installed the thermostat. Since it was a "smart" thermostat, they even connected it to the wifi and made sure it was working correctly before leaving. I liked them so much that I'll be using them to maintain my system. I highly recommend their services! From the very first phone call to the completed job - these guys were amazing!
I have been using Redline AC for years. Brian Smith and his crew have always provided me with excellent service at an affordable price. Brian Smith is always friendly and is good at working around my schedule. He helped keep my old unit running until I was ready for a new one, all at a reasonable price. He never tried to price gouge me like some other companies. When they installed my new unit several years ago, they did a nice, neat and professional job. Redline has serviced and maintained my system ever since and I will never call anyone else for my AC and Heating needs.

We're basically clueless when it comes to maintaining our HVAC system, but Redline makes it so easy! They service our AC systems every summer and winter, and they just cleaned out our dryer vent - apparently that is something homeowners are supposed to do on a regular basis. They are prompt, friendly, and always go the extra mile! This summer our kitchen AC went out when I was 8 months pregnant with TWINS, and the heat was sweltering. Redline came over, investigated the issue, and fixed it all the same day. I cannot recommend them strongly enough! Do not hesitate - call Redline ASAP!
