Jose came out and fixed our AC unit. He did a great job and wasn't pushing anything that wasn't needed. It was a great experience!
Great customer service!!! Kevin texted when he was on the way & arrived as scheduled. Just asked for AC tune up service. Friendly, professional & didn’t try any up selling any additional services. Will definitely use them again next year.

My AC stopped cooling on one of the hottest days of the summer. I called Lisa at Veteran Air and they didn't have any appointments until 3 days later but Lisa called and let me know someone had canceled and she put me in that slot. Todd came out on time and within a few minutes he had founded the problem and was able to add some freon and AC back up and running at a very reasonable price. I will definitely call again when I need AC service. Very knowledgeable technician and outstanding customer service. My family and I thank you all so much. Mike
We were very pleased with the service Jose provided. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and just a pleasure to have in our home. He was able to clear a very difficult clog that another company was unable to do, for a very reasonable cost. We will definitely be coming back to Veteran Air again. THANK YOU!!
Excellent service starting from the phone call to schedule the appointment and ending when they left my house, giving me a greater knowledge on what was going on with my system. I will be having a new 2 stage system installed this Spring, and Veteran Air will get that job for sure! Edit (6/23/23): Finally had a new AC installed through Veteran Air. There where a few hiccups, but I expected it on a job that big. Everyone I talked to on the phone and those that came to my house for the different areas of the install where all great. When spending that much money I can be grumpy and a pain to work with, but they did it graciously and professionally...especially Lisa who had to take all my phone calls! The new system runs great, is quiet and our house stays at a brisk 71 degrees at all times now, even during the hottest part of the day!

Absolute top notch service - came out on short notice, identified a leak and repaired same day - finally my house is cool again…. I signed up for a service plan as well because they were honest and candid which is just hard to find anymore!

Another AC company said I was out of warranty and needed to pay $4000 for a new compressor. They were trying to get money out of me. But Veteran Air came in and changed the compressor through the warranty company and only charged me labor. They are honest and have definitely earned my business going forward.
The technician was actually 2 hours early to our appointment , which was remarkable, & advised, recommended & showed us where the problems were with our system. Very professional & understanding of our situation .
Everyone at Veteran Air is so incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. Todd specifically is one of the nicest people I’ve ever interacted with. He treated our home with respect and dealt with our HVAC issue efficiently. We have been dealing with a malfunctioning HVAC in our rental home on and off for several months and the same part has broken several times, most likely due to improper installation by a different company. We decided to call Veteran Air for a second opinion and are now urging our landlord to use them for all HVAC issues here on out. Todd was very thorough when evaluating the system’s issues, and explained exactly what was causing the lack of cooling. In addition, he coordinated and installed portable units for us to use while other Veteran Air employees work behind the scenes to contact our landlord and arrange for the necessary parts to be installed correctly. I can’t sing the praises of this company enough.
Had a great experience with Veterans Air, they came out earlier than my original appointment, the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful, he took pictures to show me and explained what he was doing.. I hight recommend them, they really seemed to be a honest company that care about the customer.. they are Veteran Owned which I also light being a retired military myself.
