Wendell did a great job in finding the problems with our AC and fixed them. He was very courteous and we are very pleased with his work and with Tiger Services.
Please read my earlier review and allow me to add a new shout out. Tiger just saved the day on the Fourth of July during one of the hottest summers in South Texas. Nick, their courteous service rep, showed up to successfully fix our broken air conditioner, within an hours notice. And the cost was pretty inexpensive. Wow! Kudos to Nick and the Tiger Team. We are very happy to receive Tiger's excellent services including repair and preventative checks for our home air-conditioning and heating. All of their service reps are punctual, efficient, and friendly. Most important, we have been relying on Tiger for over a year and our systems work well. A special shout out for Emmanuel, our regular tech, for his great work and courteous customer service.
More excellent service from Tiger. I was expecting the worst when our older HVAC couldn't keep up with the current heat wave. I called on Saturday and they were able to get to my house in about two hours. Fortunately, I just needed a new fan motor capacitor and I was up and running in less than an hour. Once again, very happy with the service and value!
I had a person from this company to come and look what I needed he made rough estimate and call me later in the day saying we were ready to sign I signed the agreement and he signed the agreement listing all prices and services I even gave him my credit card he took a picture of it so the next day he calls me and says he cannot sell it for that price in Texas if you make a legal agreement and sign it you have to honor it my lawyer Will get in touch with this company
Stop looking for a Ac service, Tiger services is what you are looking for. Same day maintenance and service, with strong and resourceful leadership by EJ Guy. There is nothing these guys can’t fix in day. HIGHLY recommend over any other company in San Antonio.
I've been with Tiger Services for over 5 years now. Always professional, always competent, and always helpful. I went with them with my old HVAC, and had them replace my 20 year old HVAC with a new Trane. I couldn't ask for a better HVAC service.

We have used Tiger for installation of 2 systems and have twice a year maintenance checks. They are always professional and friendly.
Be aware These guys fleeced me .. charged me 500$ for a warranty repair told me if I didn’t fix it now then it would cost 💲 1026 .. simple dual Capacitor replacement that took 15 mins to switch out.. come to find out there’s better companies out there that won’t rip you off and charge 100$ including parts Be careful with these guys .. I has no idea and trusted them not to rip me off but boy was I WRONG
Do not use this company. They over quote for simple repairs by 250% ($450 repair charged v $200 quote from another company). When confronted with this the inept service manager GUY comes out with alot of excuses to justify this. I would not trust this company and take your business elsewhere. Daylight robbery. Minus stars if possible. Hopefully the owner of Tiger reads these reviews.
Tiger Services has been taking care of our family for over 20 years and through 3 different homes. They provide exceptional service, guidance and support. We have always trusted Tiger Services and highly recommend them!
