Carlos came out on a Sunday and was able to identify the issue immediately. Fixed the issue and we can sleep in a cool house tonight. Carlos is a very professional and honest man. He explained everything to me step by step. I can now say I have an AC repair man!

I’ve used comfort techs twice. Both times our AC was not cooling. I called got an immediate response and same day appointment. The tech called with his repair window and actually came during that window (so received a call when the tech was on his way). I wasn’t waiting ALL day for a repair. Once the tech arrived he went straight to work and found the issue within minutes (both times). The tech was glad to explain exactly what the issue was and explained the repair process. He also made sure I was comfortable with the repair costs before proceeding, which was extremely reasonable. Before leaving the AC tech made sure everything else was running smoothly. Honestly, best AC repair experience I’ve had. No haggling, no up charging, and no sales pitch. After the repair, we received follow call to make sure everything was still cooling. So thankful and I would recommend them to anyone.
The team that arrived to perform the HVAC repairs were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely acquire their services for all future repair jobs.
You never know if you are going to get a sales pitch or an honest opinion when contacting AC repair men, but today I did get an honest repair man. Carlos, the owner, came to my house and figured out my issue in 30 seconds. He did not try to sell me on anything but told me my issue and resolved it quickly the parts in his truck. If you are wanting an honest repair man then Carlos is your guy.

I highly recommend Thermo AC Repair. After using so many AC companies that didnt have quality service. I am thankful that I found this company. Carlos was a true professional. He came into my home diagnosed what my AC needs were, gave me a choice of installment plans. I found a plan that fits my AC needs and budget. We set a date for install. He and his crew came installed the AC one day service plus his crew was very respectful of my home and they cleaned up after the job was done!! Best decision to hire this company..
