I could not have asked for a better experience. They showed up on time, we’re friendly and professional, and they didn’t recommend anything that I didn’t need. I would absolutely use them again.
Alfredo was very punctual, nicely dressed, and put on booties to protect the inside of the house. We called to ask for help on our AC unit that had stopped. He thoroughly checked the outside and inside units and came up with a diagnosis. I will call him to do the work when a third party approves the payment. Yes, I would recommend his service to anyone who asks. The second time he came out was to recharge the system with freon. This time is was able to fit us in between scheduled clients. He knew that we had been without our AC for 7 days and were suffering.
Alfred and his assistant showed up even earlier than promised. They were friendly, professional, and eager to help.

I noticed water dripping from the unit so Alfredo and his assistant came and fixed the leaking. After looking further at the unit, he saw and detected a leak with the refrigerant oil line.He showed it to me personally and we made a plan for him to come back later next week. His company I highly recommend.

I have had many service companies in my home throughout the years for various reasons. Texas Techs were by far the best service experience I have ever had! Highly recommended and I will be calling them again in the future.

Have contacted Texas Techs on 2 occasions, and both times not only were they responsive and timely, they were extremely professional and provided quality work. Their prices were lower, and they were able to get out to us on the same day on both occasions. Highly recommended for any AC/Heating issues.
