I highly recommend Texas Air Repair! They are professional, trustworthy, fairly priced, have never tried to upsell or oversell services, are efficient, and do quality work. They are also so pleasant to interact with. They have saved us from the Texas summer heat twice already!
My AC compressor blew a coil on 6/16 and I needed it fixed quick. I spent that entire evening and the next day just trying to find people who had availability. I only managed to find 3 companies who could get me quotes for next day work, and I’m glad one of them was from Henry and his team. Their price was the lowest of anybody I spoke with, but the big difference up front was their will to help me and my family. These guys came out in the middle of the night on 6/17, just hours after I spoke with Henry, to install a new compressor unit. For the high quality Bosch unit I got, same day installation, and all the follow-up, their price was excellent. Henry, the owner, came back to my house three separate times after that day to make sure my system was working properly. He followed up with me every day. I always got a call when he was on his way. There were some minor adjustments to make and he got it all done for me, without charging me, or pushing me to buy something I didn’t need. In home services, especially HVAC, it’s very difficult to find people you can trust-whether it’s the price, the quality of work, or the customer service/follow-up. This company has earned my trust and I will be a returning customer. Henry is an honest family man. He cares about his customers. Give him a call if you need anything HVAC related done in your home.

Our 21yr old HVAC system had to be replace. With the upcoming heat wave we urgently reached out to various servicing companies, including Texas Air repair. First, out of the 4 companies we contacted, they are the only one who wanted to charge us a $80+ visit fee (for a "free-estimate"). Second, they sent us a young lad who had never done any estimate and had no access to their catalog and pricing. He was very nice and polite, but literally no experience. I would expect that a company could send someone is actually able to make an assessment for the replacement of a $8-15k equipment. This young person had to text the owner of the company (his dad) to actually get the estimated cost. When I asked technically questions about the warranty for parts and labor, he literaly had no idea ("maybe 6 mo" he told me). When I asked a question about the brand, he wasn't sure. When I asked about financing options, he had no idea and had to text to ask. When I asked about when could the work be scheduled at the earliest, he didn't have any clue either. Last, but definitively no the lest, I asked him to send me the actual estimate (in writing) so I can compare with others and make an informed decision...... Here we are, 3 days later, and I still haven't received anything from them. On a side note, their pricing (based on the oral cost the young lad gave me), was one of the most expensive... but once again I still don't know what the warranty conditions were and what was actually included in the pricing. Not reaching out to them ever!
It was a pleasure to have Henry to come over to my home to fix the blower in my furnace and he was very, very profesional and accomadating to my needs. I have his name on my list if I need anything for my AC needs. Also provided better service that his competitors.
I made an appointment for 2/22 in the afternoon, somewhere between 12 and 5 PM was the only information given. I specifically asked if you do Townhomes and also offered that my Townhome was a 2nd and 3rd story unit. I was reassured that you do in fact do service calls on Townhomes. After waiting all afternoon (4 hours since the Tech arrived at 4 PM) he arrived without a ladder to get to the roof unit. Upon realizing he had no ladder to complete the job, you just declined to do the work at all. Just Left!!!!! You deserve a big fat ZERO for this!!!!

As a salesman myself, I believe in service after the sales. So many company forget about after making that sale. Well, not Henry and Texas Air Repair This hot June day of 100 plus my A/C went blank. I called Texas Air for hours and waiting all day for a answer. And I finally did The gentleman first explained to me why get took so long to answer me. Well, it was because
The owner (Henry if I recall) came out totally fixed a butcher job that Aramendia did. Aramendia said whole unit in and out needed replacing. We then had another family friend AC tech come look and said you need reverse valve replaced. Henry comes out and in like 5 min finds the drain port is clogged and Aramendia on their insistence of the issue being our nest thermostat, setup a new thermostat and it was installed and setup wrong. Henry had us up and running in like 15 min back to cool air. I wish I would have called Texas Air sooner! We will be bringing more business your way!
We have utilized Texas Air Repair for several years now. They have always been friendly and responsive. The technicians are knowledgeable and keep you informed of the what and why of their work. Recently, Christian performed preventative maintenance on our HVAC. He was friendly, engaged, courteous, and knowledgeable. I recommend these folks.
Worst service: first tech did not make all the checks when visiting my home. Will not return calls to let you know when you appointment for warranty service is going to be . Definitely not reliable.
Henry and his guys did a great job and were finished in a timely manner. I’d recommend him to anyone!

Henry was great. Didn’t try to sell me an expensive new system and instead made a few minor repairs a d the system has been working great ever since. A standup honest company with great service and experience and a great price. Highly recommended! Will definitely be my first call for all future HVAC needs.
Have used this company several times for maintenance and also have called them out when unit had a leak. On the issue with the leak, I got several quotes and theirs seemed the most fair in price for the repair and they also seemed the most knowledgeable and professional. I have used them ever since. Most recently we had our bi-yearly maintenance and they discovered a possible leak. They did additional testing and didn't charge us extra even though they were here for 2 and a half hours. Awesome service.
Quick to respond. Our AC was mis-wired and acting funky. He stayed extra time, troubleshooted the issue, re -wired everything. Super affordable compared to other quotes. Talked me through exactly what the issue was and how he fixed. Also tuned up my compressor and AC lines while on site. Very impressed with the price and how he coached me through the issue.
AC went out late at night. Called 8AM and the company said they could have someone out before noon. Steven Gongora showed up at 11:30 and had everything running by 12:15 perfectly. Very professional and took the time to explain and go over every aspect of the outside unit and attic. 75 for a service call and 275 for a high quality capacitor. Would highly recommend their business to anyone.
A couple of years ago I had a system installed. The company gave me a good price. I had to call another company to come out and check the system because it was not cooling. Come to find out when they installed it they did not fill it with coolant. On top of that they never installed the overfill dripping pan. The cost that I had to pay another company was a lot which should have been part of the initial install. This company could have cost me damage to my home if any overflow would have happened. Just stay away from this company!!!!!!!!
Texas Air Repair for the Win!! Friends, my a/c went out in the middle of July, and I tried going through my Home Warranty. The company they sent out, EMS was DOA. They didn't repair the issue, and never set any expectations as to when my a/c would be repaired. After the better part of a week, I found Texas Air Repair , called at 6:00 am spoke with Trinity, who set up an appointment for me the same day! Stephen from Texas Air repair showed up at 3:30 pm , quickly assessed what the problem was, explained in clear terms what the issue was and what my options were, and after discussing with my wife we felt confident on the next course of action. Cut to 8:15 pm, the same day(!!) , Carlos, Bob, and a third gentleman arrived and installed a new A/C unit upstairs. They worked for 3 hours straight, tirelessly, and they were very polite. Once they were done, the A/C kicked on and I was sooo Happy! I really can't believe they fixed my a/c in under 24 hours, without hassle, being honest, and friendly! I can't recommend these folks enough!
