**UPDATE**: BUYER BEWARE don't get ripped off! Minus 2🌟 Serviced 1 HVAC with 9lbs freon but was not required as checked by Champion AC. Recommend? NO..way! Too many other companies in San Antonio with integrity. ----------- Original ---------------------- Annual furnace tuneup performed. Mary and Cassie were very pleasant, quick service and professional on the phone. Made appointment online Tues morning and they had me scheduled for Wednesday. Quick! Senior Technician John came out and performed both services. At first he informed me it would be extra since its for two units. I assured him this was previously coordinated with Cassie along with my military discount. I was expecting the technician to wear booties throughout. He did not and I didn't request. This was on their web site. The entire service took about 3 hours. The condenser/compressor unit was rinsed, a few wires checked, blower unit inspected, but the A/C coils inside the home were not washed. It just seems its something the homeowner can do by watching a You Tube video. Keep your money. Discovered one unit was very low on freon. He didn't charge the normal price. Original bill should have been $59 with military discount but turned into $211. Big question. Would I recommend...NO! For the level of service I will be doing the next maintenance myself.

Let me start off by saying thank you. Your AC tech, Rico is the man! Not only did he solve my AC problem in one day, he took his time and explained what was going on during the process. That kind of customer service is the reason why I will continue to recommend your company. Texas Air Masters? You're darn right they are.

I called late last night (9pm) that my AC unit wasn't working. My call was answered quickly and professionally. They had a technician out at my home by 9am the next morning (well within the time window estimate of 8-10am). Rico fixed my AC unit quickly (paid and out the door by 10:30am) - and in this time of a pandemic he (and I) wore a mask the whole time. He also wore boot covers to protect my floors. He was friendly, educational, and professional. This is the second time we've had them out to repair our machine in the last year and a half (older unit) and we're consistently pleased with the prices, but even more importantly, with the service. I would 100% recommend them without hesitation.
Very, very happy. Technician Chris came in and worked hard to solve what turned out to be an electrical problem. He fixed the problem and had the system up and running in two hours. He was perfectly professional and kept in constant communication with me. My AC is now back on and I''m totally satisfied with the service.
My a/c system was broken, ( lost all my freon, and the main valve broke) was told by 2 of their competitors that a new system was going to be over 10,000.0 . These guys not only beat them by alot ,they had my NEW system installed in 7 hrs. And that was the next day after they came out for an estimate! Not only will I be using Texas Air Masters from now on, but i will be highly recommend them to all that I know. Courteous salesman,employees, and operator. They were professional in their services, and answered all questions satisfactorily kuddos to you Texas Air Masters, you have earned a lifelong customer!!!
Texas Air Masters is truly exceeded our expectations . The service was seamless start to finish. Jacob came out to assess our job. He gave is a very fair estimate and did not try to up-sell. He gave suggestions for things we could do to make our cooling more efficient - extra vents etc. Mary, the owner, followed up with a call to answer any questions we may have. The installation went smooth. The team was polite, efficient, hardworking, tidy. It was a huge positive for us that the job was complete before out of town guests arrived. I cannot say enough good words for this company. In today’s world where great service is rare, Texas Air Masters” is a “jewel!
Mary at Texas Air Masters has consistently given us supreme customer service, for years now. Rico, our technician, thoroughly explained our AC issue and resolved it quickly. A few months ago, we had our entire downstairs AC/furnace replaced (it was very old - original to the house). The work was done quickly, and at an excellent price (we had several estimates from other companies, and had researched it, so we knew). Great company: trustworthy, fast customer service, and a fair price!

Had the unfortunate need to call someone on a Friday after our A/C unit grenaded. Called Texas Air Masters - same day they came out, surveyed the damage, gave us estimates and options on repair - Jon, the technician who arrived, was very friendly and polite. Took the time to show us damage, talk through the repair, teach a little about HVAC overall. Jon and the other tech who assisted got us up and running same day as service call. No one is ever pleased to have AC issues, but I was glad to have called these guys.
Last month my thermostat started showing error messages. I was able to get an appointment the day I called and Ricardo was the technician dispatched. Ricardo was extremely thorough and patient in his troubleshooting and eventually tracked down two separate problems and successfully repaired them. I am very appreciative of Ricardo's extensive knowledge and skills!
Best and most careful and competent repair service I've ever had on our air system. Took the time to troubleshoot and also tested to make sure repair was running smoothly.
MY a.c. went out yesterday and I called this company cause of their reviews. They were very professional and honest. Carlos explained to me my options and I went with the replacement due to my unit is 21 years old and just not efficient. Their prices were really reasonable. Definitely would recommend this company again. Thanx again Carlos.

Texas Air Masters and Carlos Ramon did a wonderful job on my AC!! Another company came out and told me I needed a whole new unit. Texas Air Masters came out and fixed my issue and told me I did not need a whole new unit. They saved me a lot of money!!
So my ac went out this weekend and I called Texas Air Masters. The lady in the office was great gave me a call when the technician Carlos was in route. Carlos diagnosed the problem fairly quick and was able to take care of the problem. The service was great from the office to the technician. Was able to enjoy the cowboys game comfortably. Would recommend this company.
Our A/C went out around 8:30pm on a Saturday night and Texas Air Masters was the only company willing to come out and diagnos the system. Within a couple of hours I had my A/C unit back up and running with out having to take a big hit financially. Tremendous customer service at a low cost!!

The people at Texas Airmasters are what make it great. Two years ago, we had them install a whole house system in our hundred year old bungalow while we were living in it. This is a big messy job that involves a lot of details and coordination. They organized updating of the electrical panel, install of all new duct system, attic insulation, purchase & install of new air handling equipment and city permitting. All while their home office was going through some major management changes due to a family crisis. Like all big home remodeling projects, this one was not without its hiccups. The people at Texas Airmasters handled each item with grace and courtesy. They went out of their way to show us that our job was important to them even when they were having inside hurdles to cross. Last summer we decided we wanted to expand our system to accommodate an addition to our house. Texas Airmasters was on the spot! We love our new air handling system. It works beautifully keeping our home clean and comfortable. We do continue to stay connected with Texas Airmasters by subscribing to their warranty program. Their twice a year visits keep us confident in the quality of our investment.
