I called this morning around 9:30 am to fix my condensate drain line being stopped up. The nice lady gave me a same day appointment between 3pm - 5pm. The serviceman showed up around 2:30pm and after some explaining the problem to him he went to work in the hot attic for around one hour, did a great job, flushed both of my units and he never broke a sweat. His name was Maxwell and if there had been an option in his credit card machine to include a tip for a "job well done" @ a very reasonable cost I would have gladly given one. Bottom line is if you ever need service done to your HVAC look no further than TemperaturePro" in San Antonio, Tx.
He explained everything ask me questions about our plans for this unit and how to keep it going for as long as possible
.Ronny is a caring, dedicated, conscientious Technician, He worked tirelessly to resolve my cooling and thermostat problem. His relentless and resilience work ethic is truly amazing, Example, not-with-standing the temperature being 110 degrees in our attic, Ronny was not satisfied with his first attempt, and went right back to the attic, and successfully completed and eliminated the problem We are so blessed to be a Temperature Pro member/customer , especially with a Tech like Ronny on their team.
Alex was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. He answered all our questions directly with knowledgeable mathematically backed responses rarely found in most professionals. Alex clearly went over and above expectations! Alex has significantly increased the odds of our doing busines with Temperature Pro!
The house I bought had TemperaturePro San Antonio install a new AC system in May 2022. There were issues with refrigerant leaking in April 2023 and June 2023. The first was covered by warranty, because it's within one year of the initial installation. Two months after the April fix, the AC has the issue that was supposedly fixed, but isn't covered by warranty. Response to Response: I called yesterday and was told that because it was more than one year (by one month) since the install date, the system was no longer covered. Update: TemperaturePro says that though the initial installation warranty is invalid, the work done two months ago has a warranty for a year and would be covered. I had a different company look at the AC (this was before TemperaturePro looked at it) and they were adamant that the evaporator coil was leaking and needed replaced. TemperaturePro then looked at it and couldn't find any issues with the AC system. The other company stands by their assessment and claims that they had to replace Freon and used an infrared combustible refrigerant gas detector to find the leak in the evaporator coil. I'm not sure what to make of the conflicting assessments and may need a third party to evaluate if there's a leak.
Sam was able to come early. He identified the problem & fixed it. He was knowledgeable & efficient. I love that we received a text that he was on his way & with a picture of the technician . I will use and recommend TemperaturePro again.
I am so happy I went with this company. They came highly recommended to me and I could see why after just 1 phone call with them. I spoke with Heather each time and she was incredibly kind and helpful. The technician was great and did not try to charge us for unnecessary things. I highly recommend this company!

Ovie was amazing! Had our AC go out at the WORST possible time (triple digits heat). He was very polite, informative without being condescending, on time, helpful, and EXACTLY what you'd want every one of your employees to do: personify the company values at all times. Consummate pro in every way.
AC clog was drained and they fixed it quickly, explained how to prevent future occurrences and made sure all my questions were answered.
Sam explained what was needed to fix my AC unit outside and fixed it in a timely manner. My house was back up with functional, cool AC in no time!!

[Updated] Our first encounter was not optimal, but TempertaurePro came out later that afternoon to resolve the issue and get our A/C back online. Since then, we have had them perform a 2nd service and yesterday they came out due to an AC issue. Turns out the updated backup drain/sensor they installed during our their initial visit did its job and shut the system down due to a drain clog rather than overfilling the drain pan and causing potential damage to our ceiling. The technician, Ovie, was very helpful and explained some things to consider with the drain clog (ties into restroom sink) and what to look out for and how to overcome issues in the future. TemperaturePro have been very responsive and the technicians have been friendly and helpful. We are pleased with their service and they have earned our update and a 5-star review. Thanks TemperaturePro! [Original] Had TemperaturePro out to correct a functional drain line and now our A/C is throwing a sensor error and is not working. Temperature is heating up in the home (already 78/81 degrees) and we will have to wait for at least another 4 hours for them to come back and correct a problem that wasn’t there prior to their service. It will surely be hotter than hell sitting here until they can come out and correct it. This is my first service w/TemperaturePro and we’re not off to a good start.
Ovie was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what I should do monthly to maintain the two furnaces. I didn't watch him working on the units but he certainly took the time to do his work and didn't rush in and out as quickly as possible. If I had issues with my units I would definitely feel good having Ovie come back to take a look.
Sam was prompt, figured out the problem quickly, and fixed it quickly. Very high quality service
