Jacob was the tech sent to do my home I would recommend him to anyone he’s knowledgeable and quick and shows you everything you need to know about your unit before he leaves
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Jeremy was polite & on time, and thoroughly answered all of my questions! Would definitely recommend if you’re in need of an install or repair.
We needed freon and the service person on the phone knew what kind was required. He never said that they do not carry this freon and lead me to believe they could do the job. When the tech got here, the only thing he wanted to do was sell us a new unit. They had no intention of doing any service work, they just wanted to make a sale. Now we are left in a hot house having to wait at least another day in hopes of having air. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Unprofessional in every way. Instead of owning up and saying “hey yes. We messed let us fix it the correct way, they turn around and blame it on you. Basically saying good/clean and profesional work cannot be done by them. Disappointed I feel towards them cannot even begin to describe what I feel. Moving into a new home should be a joyous experience and instead thanks to their work it has been a disaster.
Always good service
Had them come out to replace a cracked coil on my Ac unit that was under warranty. Job was done in 1.5 hrs but I was charged 750 dollars in labor. When I called I was informed it was a flat rate labor charge for the replacement of the coil. So much for having a warranty when you just get robbed by their labor charge.
Keep coming to my house saying nothing wrong and that it is normal for my ac to be at 78 with 2 window units. If you read this I would never use these peopl.

I have used Statewide both personally and professionally for nearly 15 years. They are wonderful to work with and are my go to company. They are well informed and have the best value. Statewide installed a new system for my mom and saved her a lot of money. Another company was trying to take advantage of her, so I called Statewide and they took good care of her. They offered her a maintenance plan at reasonable rate too. Statewide also helped me during a sales transaction where the seller needed to install and new AC system. She had been given a extremely high quote from another company and couldn’t afford to install a new system to sell the home. I recommend she call Statewide and they came to the rescue. They installed the system for the seller and my buyer was able to purchase the home. Everyone was happy. These are just two examples of the great service I have always received!
Friendly staff, knowledge and I personally love getting air filters in bulk reasonably priced. Definitely a customer for as long as I need any type of service. 👍
My unit is only 6 years old Joe the technician from statewide was very knowledgeable about furnace repair found the issue ordered the part and fixed my unit. I had two estimates before Statewide and they both wanted to sell me a new unit costing thousands of dollars. Statewide honest and professional I would highly recommend this company to everyone in need
