Sergio is very good on the job although sometimes he may be late for the appointment
STCC saved me and my family! As we all know this Texas heat is no joke! My kids were all burning up practically in their swim suits trying to keep cool. Then on spot STCC showed up and was able to give me cool air right away, till the part I needed came in and in just a few days they were back out and got everything replaced and fixed and everything has been perfect every since! They are my go to guys now! Thanks for everything!!
South Texas Climate Control was quick to respond and identify the issues. Employees were very kind, professional and patient. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and provided us with options. Their work was fast, efficient and affordable. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs assistance with their AC.
AC unit went out overnight, so I didn't feel the "heat" but I knew exactly who to call. Sam and his guys were ultra responsive and made the repair while I was busy taking care of lawn maintenance. Their upbeat attitudes made for friendly interaction. I now have STCC saved for future tune-ups and maintenance. Thanks Sam!

The company responded immediately to my call and were at my residence the next day. I was quoted a reasonable price for the work done and the quote was fully honored even when an unexpected problem arose and another part had to be purchased and installed. The servicemen who did the work communicated well, were thorough with explanations, and respectful of my home and furnishings. I appreciate their work ethic and attention to customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Sam, Chris, and Julian. They were all knowledgeable and eager to do a good job for me at the least possible cost. I highly recommend this company.
The guys came out and quickly did maintenance on the unit also we’re really profesional letting me know what was needed without pushing me to do it. They were nice and fast!
