Two years ago I had to replaced my wine cooling unit, WhisperKOOL for an updated version. There is nobody better trained than Mario to service this unit in the San Antonio area.I’m glad the company in California recommended Sandoval Services. He did an excellent job. I called him this year and as usual he is very professional, appointments on time and he won’t leave your unit until it is working well. He gave us good recommendations for its maintenance. We highly recommend his services. A++

We came back from our 4th of July trip, only to find our A/C had stopped working. Mario’s fast response and excellent work saved us from the unbearable heat! We decided to upgrade our Hvac system. The service provided was fast, efficient and very professional. He gave us several options and explained them in a way we would understand. The price was so much better than we expected. We love our new system. Mario is very dependable and we feel confident that the service we received was the best.

We are so fortunate to find Mario! Before him, we've used various companies and/or individuals for our restaurant's refrigeration repairs. They were either very expensive or unreliable plus their (individuals) work was not guaranteed. Mario, however, is an expert in his line of work. He is very reliable and honest in giving his recommendations whether to fix or replace something. He is definitely our go to guy for commercial refrigeration and HVAC.
Has and will always be my go to AC/heat, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machine and prep tables technician. He had serviced my first restaurant for about 3-4 years and recently my second one (passed all inspection during first visit). Know the city code well (my inspector never has any problem with the temperature of my equipment), work independently, won't try to sell you something you don't need and will explain to you VERY THOROUGHLY what happened to your machine, what needs to be done and how he's going to do it. After he's done, he will always stay to make sure everything is working properly before he takes off to his next service call. Below is a picture of the new flooring that he put in my walk-in freezer, needless to say everyone was impressed by his work. What more can i say?

Another satisfied client. Mario came on a weekend after 2 hours of calling for help because my AC was not working and my thermostat was reading 90 F at 8am!!!. He explained every step of the process and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and prices are affordable.
