We had to have a coil replaced in our air conditioning unit. It had been a bit problematic since it was installed only a couple of years ago. It was really hot in our house but Rosenberg brought us a spot cooler because the part had to be ordered. Took about 2 weeks in all. Part and labor was covered and Derrick did an excellent job. Everyone was so nice to deal with from the office (Amanda, Ruby, Tina,etc) to the technician: We are very happy with the outcome.
Mr. Delarosa communicated everything he did and the results of his diagnosis. He was very polite and professional.
We were first time customers with Rosenberg and were absolutely glad we called them. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. We will certain call Rosenberg with any future A/C issues.
Had another great seasonal checkup of my AC unit with Rosenberg Indoor Comfort this morning. I continue to be impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism of their technicians. Nyco is no exception. He was kind, respectful, very knowledgeable, and professional. I will certainly request him as my technician again. Rosenberg has my loyalty, and I highly recommend them.

MR TORREZ PR0VIDED A SITE VISIT AND NEW INSTALLATION EVALUATION AND ESTIMATE. HE WAS VERY PATIENT, PROFESSIONAL, AND PROVIDED SEVERAL ALTERNATIVE SYSTEMS AND PRICING. AND HE ANSWERED MY MANY QUESTIONS. ADDITIONALLY, JASON AND HIS TEAM DID AN OUTSTANDING INSTALLATION OF A NEW HVAC SYSTEM IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY MANNER AND ADDRESSED ALL QUESTIONS AND WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL COMPONENTS OF HIS FIELD. OVERALL, VERY IMPRESSIVE.

When it’s 90 degrees inside our house, we rely on Rosenberg to come save us and repair our system! I trust them and have used them for many years and will continue to do so.
Called at 10;30 am during an unprecedented heat wave; AC was fixed AND the house cooled by about 2:00 PM. Great response time, wonderful service, will definitely use them again (if needed ... cross your fingers, and hope it's NOT needed).

Robert was very knowledgeable and informative… another company said I needed a whole new unit which would have cost me $13,000… Robert’s recommendation was the unit was functioning but I needed insulation in places which made sense. He looked at my attic which the other company didn’t…I would recommend Rosenberg.. they appear to be an honest company..

Rudy my technician was courteous, told what was wrong that due to the age of my system fixing the compressor fan motor would only be a band aid & that I will need a new unit.
Tyco is an OUTSTANDING representative of Rosenberg’s commitment to quality. Professional, personable, knowledgeable, hard worker. Can’t say enough about this young man. We hope he’s the person who’ll come back in the fall; we couldn’t be any more pleased with his service.
Called Friday to set appt was told Monday earliest between 12 & 5. No show no call was told no scheduled appt on record they did not know what happened. Set up for next morning, Tech was great, got quote approved, a 3+ hrs of work turned into 8hrs. Part in box was wrong Tech had to wait for correct part be delivered to him to continue work not sure time-line of when Tech called and part delivered but to me it was too long. Tech did finish the work and did great.
