Riteway Service has my business!!! I had to replace my ac/heat unit and was extremely satisfied with the results. The price was as quoted and the technicians were efficient and polite! (Didn't track any dirt or leave trash behind.). I was so pleased with the service that when my "rent house " needed a/c replacement I called Riteway right away! Again, 100% satisfaction. Even Darlene, the lady that answers the phone, amongst other things, is so polite and efficient! You can hear her smile over the phone! Thank you Riteway, I never have to wonder who to call if needed!
From leadership to service tech team, Riteway sets the standard. Phone is answered with a smile, crews are scheduled honestly without overcommitting and techs vehicles are well stocked . I called a little after 9am yesterday with my A/C not working since Thursday evening. They said they would get to me that day. The Technician arrived in the early afternoon and found our unit had frozen up. He thawed it out, checked the all reading were correct and had us back with cool air again. This is a company that will take care of you when you need it most. A+ for their service.
The company I work for uses Riteway for several different locations around San Antonio. They are always the first we call because their rates are unbeatable and their response times are so fast. Their great work doesn't stop there as our tenants are always happy with their professionalism and quality of work.

I have used Riteway for years both for my business and home Airconditoning needs. They are friendly, reliable and professional. Recently they even installed a cooling system for my wine cellar. They did a great job!
We have had Riteway service our AC and Heating unit for more than 10 years. They are always on time and even available on the weekend if I have a problem. They do maintenance on our 17 year old system twice a year and help manage problems before the cause outages on our system. The repairs required are lower cost because problems are discovered early and they keep our system running at full capacity. I highly recommend them. If someone tells you that you need a new system, call Riteway first. A repair might be all that is necessary.
We have been a fan of Riteway for several years after trying other HVAC service providers. They handle all of our corporate and personal HVAC matters in a timely, reasonable and price competitive manner. We call upon them when we need preventative maintenance, new installation or repairs.
Riteway Service Company in San Antonio, Texas is great to work with. From the first phone call to the technician Jason who came out this morning. I requested he return next week to finish the job. They are very easy to work with.
Sharkey's Cuts For Kids has used Riteway exclusively for our 15 years in business at our four stores. They've been available during some very hot days and were able to get our stores back to comfortable. They are part of the Sharkey's family. Really appreciate their help!
I have used Riteway many times for maintenance of our rental properties. They are always prompt and so nice to work with, and they get the job DONE. The prices are reasonable, and it's extra helpful when I've used their protection membership plan, which has paid for itself. Darlene and all the techs have been just great. I have been working with them for several months. Eventually my entire system had to be replaced. All the employees that came to my home were friendly and professional. I appreciate that they were honest with me and did not take advantage by overcharging while I was in a desperate situation as some of the other companies I contacted wanted to do.

My daughter recommended Riteway, when I had some nasty looking stuff around my ac/heat vents. They came, they saw, they conquered. They were on time to inspect and on time to service.
