Jason was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer questions I had, as a first time homebuyer, he was able to give me advice on how to maintain certain appliances and explain general mechanics behind them. I was please over all with the service provided.
Had our AC unit stop working on the fourth of July, called and said we would get a call back sometime the next day. I informed them if they could be here asap due to the fact my elderly disabled grandmother lives with me , and they had our ac fixed first thing the next morning. Radiant is very professional and responsive. They really do have their customers best interests at heart.
We are so grateful for the quick response time and detailed service provided by Troy today. We called and he was here within a few hours to assess our AC issue. He thoroughly inspected the area of concern, and provided a very detailed and easy to understand explanation for repairs needed and options available. Thank you so much, Troy!
Absolutely terrible experience. Made an appointment for a hot water heater for 8 AM. By 10 AM, no one had called or shown up. I had to call dispatch 3 separate times. Recruited a text @ 12:45 that someone would arrive in 30-45 minutes. Technician finally arrived @ 2:05 PM! I had repeated texts & calls into a manager who had the audacity to not return my calls nor texts. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from a manager! I do not recommend this business at all!
Excellent service from Kelt Bell the sales rep to Steven and Manuel the installers. All my questions were answered prior to the install to my satisfaction. The installers were very professional, attentive and worked their butts off until the job was done. Great job all around. Very happy with the new unit.

I wanted to share my experience and disappointment with the service received from this company. Our ceiling and walls were significantly water damaged because of something from our AC (I later found holes in the condensate drainpipe as the culprit, missed by the service tech), discovered on 11JUN. I called Radiant to help identify the cause/source of the leak and provide a fix. My initial impression with Radiant was very positive, their call center was available 24hrs and while they couldn’t promise a technician to come out the next day they did follow up and have someone scheduled the day after. The service tech arrived as scheduled on 13JUN and started assessing the potential cause of the leak but wasn’t able to identify a source due to the crawlspace layout (old house problems) and was hesitant to cut any holes in the ceiling although I gave permission to do what he needed as the ceiling was going to be torn out anyway (I ultimately torn out the ceiling of the affected area myself while he waited in his van, as his “manager” told him he wasn’t allowed to). After a couple hours of testing the system and looking around his “diagnosis” was that the insulation on the one of the primary lines was missing and/or chewed by rodents which was causing excessive condensation. I was skeptical of this being the cause, as the amount of water damage seemed to be more than the result of excessive condensation, but he stated that with the amount of insulation missing that this was likely the cause. He reinsulated pipe and was on his way. About 30-40 minutes later a gush of water falls from the ceiling. Following the water, I was able to identify where the leak(s) was coming from and immediately called Radiant who notified the service tech to return. Upon his return I showed him the exact source of the leak, which after consulting with his manager informed me that an installer would need to come to fix this issue after parts were ordered and that he would call me the following day
Today I am upset with Radiant Air Conditioning! I am 83 yrs old, I have Asthma and Heart Problems. I had my house remodeled and now there is dust blowing out of my air conditioner from the inside and outside. I made an appointment with Radiant and then I received a text that they would not be coming because they had too many a/c's that were not working in this hot weather. So today I called and explained my age and health problems and they told me that they would be calling in the FALL to schedule my appointment. So an elderly woman with health problems has to breathe in this dust for 4 more months???? I had signed up with Schmidt Mechanical and they were a great company....I am wondering if Radiant A/C has over extended themselves and so sad to see Schmidt Mechanical go!
Joey, Humberto and Manny was awesome. He helped me out alot. Definitely taught me about the AC units and how they are supposed to work.
The business model is flawed and never stuck to appointment times or agreed times. Had to follow up 10+ times when technicians were a no show.
Wayne came by quickly. He was professional and friendly. The whole time, I was thinking this guy deserves a raise. Company has great service and great attitude towards their employees, and in turn their employees are awesome to us the consumer!
Troy was awesome to work with. Informed me how my AC works and showed where the faults lie in my system. Dispatch was great too. They also kept me informed when they will be on the way and any challenges. Highly recommended
Very prompt on arrival. Wayne was exceptionally courteous and found the problem and temporally fixed the leak which was the air conditioning service, 72 Degrees, not properly installing a drip line. He is a true ambassador for your company. We are very satisfied with his work.
Great job installing water softener and new showerhead. Very polite and very helpful. He made sure I new how to operate all the equipment.
Tim the Toolman did an excellent job. He was very helpful and skilled in the repair of our ceiling sheetrock. Would recommend his handyman repairs.
I had an HVAC tuneup with Radiant. I hired them last year as well. Troy Barnett came over and met me. He was on time experienced, polite and professional. He was also honest with me and broke down my options in a way I could easily understand. I recommend Troy and Radiant and have also hired them to help with plumbing in the past.
Wonderful experience with Troy Barnett! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field. He explained everything that was not performing properly with my 12 year old system during the diagnostic. And even found several issues that he was able to fix on the spot during the same appointment.
Radiant Plumbing & AC performed a recent inspection on my AC system. Troy was the technician that completed the inspection. Troy performed a thorough inspection and provided detailed explanations as he proceeded. He's very knowledgeable and provided invaluable tips on system settings to improve comfort, future maintenance and system protection. Highly recommend for future service!
I’ve used Radiant for service several times over the years. They have always been on time, professional, courteous, and capable of fixing our system on the spot. I trust them enough that I sought quotes from them for a new system, and I was equally pleased with representatives they sent out to assess my needs and for their quick estimate and thorough explanation of their offering. I will use them again.
Troy is an amazing tech and I was very lucky to have him come by today! He was honest and fair. I will definitely request him by name the next time the need arises.
