I've used Quarter Moon for plumbing and HVAC services. The customer service and timely responsiveness are outstanding. Their prices are competitive and lower than many big companies like Elmer's or Aramendia. They are professional and take time to answer questions and explain services and costs. Thank you Brian for quickly fixing my AC! Would highly recommend this company.

I paid quarter moon plumbing $363.16 on Feb 2, 2022 to install a new kitchen faucet. 4 months later, the kitchen faucet they bought and installed started leaking badly.
What an incredible experience with this company! I called this morning because my A/C went out and spoke with Jamie. She was attentive, professional, and worked hard to get someone out today. Bryan S. Came out and did a bang up job and had us up and running quickly. He was professional, and knowledgable about the issue. I would highly recommend them!
Any business who doesn't understand driving very dangerously in company vehicle is dumb is not a business that I will be using.

I just wanted to send a big shout out to Kyle and Austin ( curious as to why a Kyle and a Austin were teamed up together in Texas...lol) who managed to unclog my kitchen drain. Kyle stated it was one of the toughest he ever had. I'm assuming my 35 year old home is older than the both of them and plumbing has probably evolved since 1985. They worked on it for hours and maintained a very professional attitude and had great sense of humor. We have never been disappointed with Quartermoon. We have always felt the prices were reasonable, but the best part is the professionalism and knowing that they will show up and really fix the problem without a complaint and be courteous the whole time and realize my time is as precious as theirs. The dependability is huge for me. I really appreciate them and we thank all the employees there. I as a RN can honestly say we all have a purpose here and there are days where it's a thankless day and no appreciation is felt but we continue to do what we do because it's our calling. Thank you again, Kyle and Austin, for a great job!!!
A few years ago we got a second opinion from Quarter Moon Plumbing regarding a problem and it saved us thousands. Since then we have used them and always been happy. Last week we had Kenny F. and Fernando out to help with our water heater. and would like to thank them for all of their advice and assistance in getting our hot water back up and running. They were not only professional but honest and sincere which goes a long way these days. We really appreciate you guys and would like to thank you again for the great work and making sure we had hot water to start the New Year with!! Brice
Quarter moon and plumbing did a great job helping me today with a busted PVC irrigation pipe. They were able to send Ronald out to my property same day (within 3.5 hours of calling). I had already identified where the break/leak was and had the pieces removed and ready for them to be replaced. Ronald knew exactly what he was doing and went right to work, using new pieces and reconnecting my water lines. In all they were at my property about 60mins. I am only giving 4/5 stars because the company itself charges a flat $125 per hour fee regardless of the size of the job. Outside of that a great experience and Ronald was amazing.

Quarter moon is great!! I called to schedule for someone to come out to my home. They were so quick to responding. Kenny called 30 mins before he arrived. He was super thorough and fixed our problem quickly. The price was reasonable as well. I will be keeping their phone number for any of our plumbing or HVAC needs. Quarter Moon Plumbing came out and replaced a pressure reducing valve that failed. It was a new home and the original pressure reducing valve I had lasted 6 years. I paid a good amount of money to have this part replaced, and at the time I was impressed with the work. These devices should last many years but their newly installed part failed within 6 months. I called them to have them replace the faulty part, and they advised me they only honor their work for 90 days. I would have to pay them again to have the faulty part replaced. I do not recommend this company that does not stand behind the products they sell. I'm grateful that I realized the part failed before it caused any damage to my houses plumbing. I will not pay Quarter Moon again to install another cheap/faulty part that they wont stand behind. I recommend that anyone reading this also look elsewhere so faulty/cheap parts are not installed at your residence/business.
Michael K. came out and found the solution to my problem quickly. The also found a very serious problem with the ancient shut off valve to the water to the house saving me a multitude of future problems. Having to wait for another day for the city to shut off my water, they didn't charge me for the first day. They worked quickly, efficiently and with excellent knowledge. Great customer service and price!!
🛑Warning: Hire ANY other company 🛑 2019: I gave them a chance to do some plumbing repairs last week and the plumber did NOTHING but wants to charge me $300. I think not. So they can’t be trusted with simple plumbing either. 🙄 2017 ***Plumber Robert is excellent but DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR HVAC SERVICE.*** I purchased their winter/summer maintenance service. When they came out for the winter service in January, they said my UV light was burned out. They said they would have to reschedule another time to return once they had located a matching replacement UV bulb. After 2 weeks I called the office and asked, "How long I should expect it to take them to find a little UV bulb?" After being put on hold for what felt like forever bc of their annoyingly juvenile phone commercials, the clueless receptionist said she would call me back bc the lazy/incompetent hvac tech was "still searching" for the UV bulb. I never heard from either of them. Flakes! If they contact me and replace the bulb for free, due to the inconvenience, I will update this review with a positive one. But I doubt that a company who can't find a little uv bulb or keep their word actually reads reviews like mine. We'll see.
