A/C was not repaired, we had to have another Service from a different company to fix it. After he finished checking everything, he found the problem. Drain was plug. We would appreciate if we can have a small refund. Thank you.

I have utilized Premier Comfort for multiple HVAC issues for several years and the quality of work is always the same.... outstanding! They have done complete replacement/installs to include government facilities, commercial businesses and residential. In my profession, I am responsible for contracting out HVAC issue/concerns for approximately 20 plus government facilities and they always provide excellent service regardless of the project. I have recommended them to several commercial businesses, my local VFW, and even friends and family for their home HVAC issues. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC issues.
When everyone else was booked up for 1-2 weeks out they were the only ones who offered same day emergency and next day visit. Very professional and friendly along with keeping me updated with everything going on and no hidden fees. We'll be coming back to this company for sure. By the way our tech Jarid is the definition of what excellent customer service supposed to be.
Premier Comfort Service really saved me on 4th of July weekend and on a Sunday! They really came through when I came home to a HOT house. I was really impressed by their response time and ability to get to my home in less then 1 hour. I highly recommend this company to anyone!
Our A/C went out, with this heat and kids in the house we need it to get fix ASAP. They responded the same day. The service man was super nice and was able to fix the issue. 🙏🏻 They have awesome customer service. 💯👍🏼 Really Grateful!
Although these guys are very busy they continued communicating with me about arrival time. Once on site, the tech was courteous, professional, and explained everything he was going to do. I appreciated he was wearing a mask the entire time and put on Booties to protect my floors. great company, would highly recommend!

Premier Comfort bypassed all my standards. When I initially called I was very upset because my AC had went out and it was 80 degrees in my home. Customer service stated that they would consider me a priority and got me squeezed into their schedule for me. When Jair arrived to my home he was well dressed and so friendly. Jair made sure I understood his terminology and went above and beyond to ensure I knew what to do if this issue came up again. All in all, he got my ac working within the hour and I haven't had any issues since then. I recommend all of my family and friends to this company.
My ac went out and this was the first company to pop up on Google. Jair came out to my home and was extremely friendly and professional. He gave me a thorough explanation of what is wrong with my unit and made sure I understood. He was quick and made sure his mess was picked up before he left. This company is honest and straight forward when it comes to repairs.
I have used Premier a couple times for my Irrigation work and HVAC work and I couldnt be happier. They are up front with the cost, accommodating to my schedule, and professional above all! I have referred them to a couple family members who have made Premier Comfort their HVAC go to company! The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable, I appreciate they work they have done for me!
We have been using the business since we opened our first restaurant 6 years ago. From vent hood installation in our restaurant to our Preventative Maintenance in our own home. We do have lots of choices around here but the company’s professionalism, honesty and knowledge about what they are doing are things you won’t trade especially if you running a business yourself. The owners were very hands on to their business, choose right employees that compliment to the company. We are happy to see that they are growing rapidly. They deserve it!
The service technician Eric came out as scheduled, assessed our issue, took note of parts he needed to order, and said he would be back once parts were in. He was very professional and respectful of our property. We received a call several days later, saying parts were in and he set another appointment. He arrived on time, did his job, cleaned up after himself and then informed us what/how he had repaired our system and ran the system to show it was repaired, and how to winterize the system in the future. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them highly.
Perfect experience. Premier has worked on both our home and business units. The customer service has been wonderful all the way from the first call to receiving the invoice. All the technicians have proven knowledgeable, well-spoken and eager to help. They are clearly NOT commissioned to push product and instead seem focused on doing only what's necessary to resolve the issue at hand. They impressed me with their technical gadgetry and were patient and very helpful in showing me the data the collected on my units to help me understand the overall health and efficiency of my units. I just wish I had discovered them years ago before blowing lots of money on the big name, low-value guys in town...
Although the technician that came out to our home to troubleshoot our water sprinkler issue was courteous, we were first disappointed by the high quote of $500 to fix an issue that my husband would have fixed on his own if he had been here (he's military and currently not home). The technician indicated that a scheduler was going to contact us to schedule the next visit to repair the issue. I told him that I was going to talk to my husband about the repair and that my husband would decide how to proceed. We received no phone call from schedulers. The technician came and repaired the issue, anyway. Charged us $358 after my husband told them we had not authorized the repairs. Then, within days, we got phone calls from their office threatening to send us to a collection agency where our credit would take a hit. We still have a leak in our sprinkler system. I'll have to wait for my husband to come home and fix the issue and we're out $358. I can't recommend this company for irrigation system repairs.
Nathan was cert knowledgeable with the problems I had with my sprinkler system. He was professional. On time. I would recommend this company as a honest and caring people.
