Good business, recommend highly!
Look no further, y’all! When our AC was refusing to cool on Sunday afternoon, we called My AC San Antonio to help. Without hesitation, they arrived at our house within 30 mins to properly troubleshoot and fix our issue. Paul was absolutely a pleasure and was fantastic in explaining his diagnosis clearly and professionally. He was extremely diligent and thorough and did not leave our home until he knew for sure that our AC was cooling properly. If you’re looking for a local, reliable, honest, and professional AC company who will treat you like family, you won’t regret calling these guys for all of your heating and cooling needs. Five stars and two thumbs up for sure!!
We had local company come out to our house that gave us ridiculously large estimates (4 in fact) without fully evaluating the system. Then we reached out to a friend in Austin with HVAC experience who recommended we call Paul. Paul is amazing and was at the house with in a couple of hours. He completely troubleshot the system and fixed the issue at fractions of the previously quoted costs. And there was no pressure for the up sale. Highly recommended!!!
After my AC went out on a Saturday afternoon, Paul was able to come out immediately for the repair—he was at my house within an hour of my phone call. He diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor) quickly and fixed it. Great service.
Paul came quickly, which is awesome because it was more than 80 degrees in our house when our AC went out. He got us fixed up, was super friendly and explained everything to us! Definitely would recommend.
Decided to call because of the reviews after being blown off by others that shall not be named. Paul came within an hour of calling to diagnose a non working AC. Took his time and methodically diagnosed the issue. He didn’t mind explaining everything as we talked. AC is back up and running and after a very reasonable price, I’d definitely call him again.
Air conditioning now it's running better than that you did a wonderful job and yes I would recommend him to my friends of family
Called on a Sunday and Paul showed up and had my AC running in no time ! He was here within an hour and explained everything he was doing. I would definitely recommend My AC San Antonio.
Just like Arturo Rodriguez stated in his review. Paul "acts nice" when you begin to work with him, but I quickly found out it's all an act to get your money. He also sold me that membership for a year, when time came to use it, he was nowhere to be found. Canceled several times on me, always another excuse. He is a novice, took him hours to figure out a simple fix on my A/C. When it came to repairing my furnace heater, he had no clue on what to do. Never was able to fix it and never came back. Beware!
I had a problem with my air conditioning unit and within 30 minutes they came out and repaired it. Paul personally took care of the issue for me and was quick and efficient I would highly recommend to anyone who's looking for someone for short or long-term.
All around great experience! Guys were prompt, respectful, worked quickly, and cleaned up all their work areas. I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know!

i had an issue with my AC and called my AC San Antonio and they were here the same day , i did not need an appointment . Paul was very professional . He inspected the AC unit and quickly found the issue with it . I was surprised that the amount that i was charged was very reasonable i will continue to do business with MY AC San Antonio from here on
Watch out ! Paul is nice but he will try to sell you this membership for a year if anything happens with the unit it will be covered parts and labor, unfortunately he did not honer it. Disappointed !
Paul fixed my clogged drainage for my AC. Although that doesn't sound like much he was relentless facing many obstacles, worked all day until resolved. He's honest and doesn't try to sell you anything or replace unnecessary parts like some companies do. He's personal and conscientious about his work. I have used Paul's company before and never been disappointed. Customer satisfaction at a reasonable price.
Paul was a huge help and took the time to have us understand what was going on as well as provided us options to help to save money. Great Company and I definitely will continue to use him for any AC needs. Recommend this company to anyone who needs a great AC Company!
Paul of My AC San Antonio did a great job taking care of our air conditioner problem. Paul is very honest and professional, and was very thorough in his inspection and repair of our system. He explained in detail what our issue was, and fixed the problem very quickly. We will have Paul continue servicing our heating and air conditioning units from now on.
I was having problems with the AC unit at work. We contact Paul to fix's the AC unit. When Paul arrive at the worksite he was very professional and courtesy. The other thing I like about Paul that he explains the problems with AC units. I would highly recommend Paul.
