Best price in town! Nothing but great things to say about you guys!! Pedro is very responsive and thorough. I reached out to him at 9am and a few hours later his team was knocking at my door. They were in & out for a repair while maintaining such kindness & professionalism. If there were more stars I would give them!
Very good service. Appreciate the flexibility of being able to stop by, even though I had cancelled earlier in the morning due to having to run errands. Professional and polite, was able to confirmed what needed to be fixed. Also advised on future r updated/upgrades. Literally the day before the COLD front our furnace was fixed, my wife and kids are happy and so am I. Thank you MTY👍
We bought a new house to air bnb, and it came with 2 Honeywell Thermostats. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. We wanted to be able to control the thermostats by remote in case one of the tenants leaves the system on when they check out. I purchased two nest wifi thermostats to replace them. I inquired to different heating and air companies, and I got very high quotes to replace the two thermostats. I looked up MTY through a google search and saw that they had 5a star reviews. I called the number and spoke to the owner Pedro. He said he could come by the very next day and replace them for me. His price was WAY lower then anyone else, which really shows that most of those other companies are taking advantage of consumers. He came in the next day and replaced and programmed the two nest thermostats with no problem at all. I highly recommend him for his professionalism and for his great low prices. We have 3 properties and I am going to use him for all 3 of them.
My heater stopped heating Thursday night. Called several companies Friday (12/23/2022) and Pedro with MTY AC & Heating responded and did show up that afternoon. He spent about 30 mins looking and restarting the unit. Advised first looked to be the motor then claimed it was another issue they were able to replace and repair on the outside unit. He claimed heat was restored. He accepted Zelle and advised if any problems to call him even on Saturday 12/24 but not on Christmas. He also asked for my email and info so he could send an invoice. Soon after he left the unit stopped again and never came back on. Led to a miserable cold night and I started calling first thing in morning with texts and noticed I never received an invoice or anything. Needless to say I never got a response or call back. Thank goodness another more professional company Temp Tex Air Conditioning & Heating came out and trouble shooted my entire unit. Found the short and repaired the problem. I want to give Pedro the benefit of the doubt, but the service from his company (MTY) and the one who showed up (Temp Tex) Saturday was night and day. Please do better, in business reputations are everything.
I’m very, very grateful for Pedro and His assistant. Customer service went smoothly over the phone and in person . Very attentive, humble and a good listener. When I called , He was Here within the next 15 minutes. He Broke down the problem to me in a way I can understand. He than took the time to shop for the part that was needed. He had my heater up and running in no time . I appreciate your time and hard work . God bless you and your company in Jesus name .
My heater went out right at the start of cold weather Pedro came out as soon as available and diagnosed the issue as my thermostat shorted outed itself and the board it was connected to. Fixed the issues and had my home warm again in less than 2 hours. Very professional and great service. Priced well as well. Will use again if needed.
I have called for Maintenace service, for reason our air conditioner was not working. We bought a new A/C back in 2020. from MTY Air Conditioning We have not had any issues with our A/C. till the other day. I called and spoke with Pedro, and he stated that he will come at 1:30 pm to do maintenance on our A/C he was a no show and no phone call, never called back to tell us he was running late. Put we put in another call back he stated back to us will be there be 6:00 pm another no show, and no call back. I am sorry to say. please be good to your customers, I gave the company a poor ratting because after spending so much money on a new A/C through MTY your company should have good Maintenace service for their customers and have other employees go out if they cannot make it.

Pedro was AWESOME!! Called him Monday at 3pm he was at my house by 5pm found the problem with my A/C unit. Gave me a quote and fixed it the next day! Very professional and on time. Great customer service and fair on price. He explained in great detail what we needed and was very honest. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pedro and his company!!! Very satisfied with everything.
Pedro Mancillas was awesome. He presented us with possibilities aswell as solutions after trouble shooting. Never made us feel like he was running game to get unnecessary services out of us. Just great person overall. 100% recommended in my book. Thanks a bunch.....
Called MTY because I needed maintenance. Just like all the other companies, they were very busy due to the cold weather, but Pedro was able to send out a team to get my system taken care of the same day. I can't say enough about their response time, knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Our heater stopped working and began making a loud sound. I called this company and they answered the phone immediately. They came the same day at the the time that they gave me, found the issue within minutes. They were very prompt, professional and courteous. We will be calling for any future issues with our AC or heater.
We can't say enough good things about MTY. They responded immediately to our call and came out to help. We replaced our entire AC/Heating unit and all new duct work, added a new vent into the bathroom as well as a vent fan. The whole team was professional and did an incredible job at a great price! If you need ANYTHING done at all this is the company to call. Thanks Pedro for everything.

I have used MTY twice and Pedro was very prompt with no hesitation in his response to our emergent situations, he checked the system and diagnosed the problem and gave us advice on what to do during the wait time for a parts that were not readily available, and promptly fixed the problems when the parts were obtained. I highly recommend his services and will use MTY as my go to, for any heating or refrigeration problem I may have. Very dependable and very reasonably priced.
Extraordinary service! Pedro came by to fix our AC on a Saturday and he was very professional, reasonably priced, very knowledgeable about AC units, and was overall a great guy! He fixed the AC in a jiff and did not price gouge us! We'll definitely be using him as our AC repairman from now on!
Pedro came out next day to trouble shoot a room that was not cooling properly. He had found the builder had half my upstairs feeding off of one A/C duct. The next day he was there to run a new duct from the box and was done in under an hour. VERY affordable, I should have called him years ago. Now everyone is cool and happy. Thank you Pedro.
