Great prices and great service.
Quick and friendly staff
Awesome staff, more than exceptional performance from employees!
Great customer service
They have everything I need!!!
They charge 2x for homeowners. They will also try to sell you parts that dont match your system while not offering refunds... sound predatory a bit? Do your self a favor and go to Grainger and save $ and time. For context, a condensor fan from them was $237 and at Grainger was $73.
Nice ppl that work there they unload me in 38minutes.
Checked in and was given a dock door and was in and out within 15 minutes. There are only a few companies like this and I appreciate how they're considerate of our clock.
It was disappointing to have such a negative experience just from a phone call. The quote over the phone also was so high that I bought what I needed somewhere else and did the repair myself.
All the people that work there are very nice, helpful and they always have a great attitude. Great prices and great atmosphere. No complaints. Good bunch of guys.
Excelente. Personas muy amables y dan todo para ayudar a los clientes
Helpful crew, best place to go for commercial HVAC in San Antonio
Collins and his team very professional and proficient( something you don’t experience during Covid ) Not to mention great pricing for quality equipment and materials
Very polite employees. They took care of all my needs in a timely manner.
Great guys at the counter, customer service is excellent, always take care of us
Found what I needed, friendly
Giving it a 5 star rating because they sell to the public and most of the parts you may need for a/c can be replaced by a home owner that has some skills. Other parts or freon you will need a a/c certificate in order to buy it.they have pretty much everything you need for a home a/c
They don't deserve any stars. They sold us the wrong motor & it was detective. We gave them the right numbers and showed them a pic of our AC and they sold us a so called "Universal Motor" for $136.71.They insisted it would work. But it didn't work for our AC so we had call a professional AC company to come and install the right working motor.Even the certified AC man from Will Fix It told us that Morrison sold us the wrong one.I called Morrison about the motor issue and spoke to Joe and he said to take it in to see what they can do.My husband went in today and they didn't want to help him at all (why tell us to even go in,knowing we are homeowners). They said their no return policy for homeowners is No returns or exchanges.Even though they sold us the wrong Motor and it's defective which their at fault for, they didn't do the right thing for a "Customer." Only if you are a licensed contractor or company will they accept a return that means you are only considered a "customer" if you have a license. This is the most discrimitive policy with I have ever heard of.Homeowners do not purchase from them!Don't give them your money. They might as well put a policy sign on the front of their door saying"No homeowners can purchase from here." We are reporting them to the BBB for selling us the wrong/defective product, very unprofessional. They won't even try to make it right.
This staff is the most unrespectful, careless group of people behind the desk, I don't doubt their ability to perform other jobs, but definitely NOT for customer service, from clerks to "supervisor", if you can try another company and save yourself the headache.
The two rednecks chewing tobacco behind the counter just looked at me when I walked in. No greeting. When I asked them if they had a very simple plumbing part, they looked at each other as if I just asked them a calculus question. One proceeded to check the computer. I am surprised he knew how to read, much less use a computer. He said, "Nah, we don't got that." I asked, "Do you know when you will." He said nope. "The computer don't tell us that." So I left. I presume they immediately went back to their engrossing "great taste - less filling" debate, which I had apparently so rudely interrupted.
