My AC unit was not working. It has been 100*! None of us were sleeping it was so hot! I had gotten a previous quote that was very high! Wasn’t sure how we were going to afford it! Happened to call Manual and Sons… spoke to Frank on the phone who was so kind and quoted a price that was 1/3 the cost of that previous quote! I almost cried! A repairman showed up within about an hour. The unit was fixed and running so quickly! I am your new biggest fan! Thank you so much!

Manuel and sons AC was awesome. Frank was very communicative and made the appointment a seamless process. Technicians arrived within the timeframe provided and were quick to get started. Allen was terrific and very patient with all my questions. He showed eagerness to assist and provided tips on maintaining your system independently for the best care. I like how he was extremely informative regarding my unit and provided the responsibility of some of the parts I had in question. Even when I had him repeat something to ensure I understood it correctly; he responded with a positive attitude. You could tell Allen loves what he does and I appreciate the time he took to ensure my ac was up and running before he took off. He frequently checked in and before reinstalling my system back, he showed me the before and after care he provided. He also had another technician with him, but unfortunately I forgot his name. He was also great and they made a good team. M&S will be my first option going forward for any AC repairs/maintenance! 10/10 would recommend to everyone and they were very competitive compared to numerous companies I reached out to.
Their drivers are aggressive and almost caused multiple wrecks. Will not hire

The Team from Manuel & Son’s were considerate and took their time making sure that all my questions were answered and my problems resolved. Alan, Micheal & Rafael worked to get my thermostat operating with my older system, and now I have a smart thermostat that ensures my heating and cooling is firing to maintain energy efficiency! A HUGE thanks for the excellent job done by Juan, David, and Guillermo on the full system replacement they did for us yesterday! The old HVAC system in our duplex was beyond repair and causing us so many problems, but the new system the guys installed is FLAWLESS and the air we now breathe is CLEAN!! THANK YOU MANUEL & SONS!!!
They came out immediately found out what the problem was corrected and took their time to make sure it was working correct. I plan on using them in the future because I explained everything to me and took their time to answer all my questions. Great service great people
Just had the greatest good fortune to have Mr. Alan Gallegos inspect my outside unit. He quickly assessed my HVAC issues and diagnosed all challenges in short order. No question, Mr. Gallegos knows the insides and outs about HVAC systems. It is comforting to know that such knowledgeable professionals are in the field and our Greater San Antonio community have access to them. Manuel and Sons sent one of their many Superstars to my rescue. Will definitely recommend Manuel and Sons to all that need professional home services.

Our tech Joseph was incredibly knowledgeable about ac systems and he used to work on large commercial systems so he had serious background and knowledge. He was professional and corrected the mistakes that another company had made prior to his visit. A+
Our AC stop working at 7PM, outside temperatures in the mid 90's. Frank responded promptly to my emergency request, and as he reassured me, technicians Rafael and David were on time at our door at 8:30 . They were very efficient and with great professionalism diagnosed and solved the problem. They were very good at communicating, explaining the work they performed. I give them 10 stars!
They say 24/7 but that’s false advertisement. I tried to pay day of they told me someone would contact me. When I tried to pay with card later they tell me 3% electronic processing fee which wasn’t told to me at the beginning. They tell me one price send an invoice for another. Then technician is at the house and asks me for help to do their job because they didn’t bring a helper when that’s what I’m paying for. Won’t be using again.
They fulfill Fidelity home warranty calls and I had the misfortune of getting them. They refused to do the work order they were paid to do. They did this because I rejected their request to fulfil it in 3 months (my home warranty would expire before then)... By their admission, not because they are too busy, but because they just didn't want to service my particular work order in the next 3 months.. Now what should have been simple is a huge hassle because Fidelity is also incompetent. If you're interested in finding a compassionate company that cares about the community they service I strongly suggest you steer clear. Response to response: No, your response is either not honest or informed. I was told that my work order was simply a low priority. Had it been a higher priority y'all could have gotten to it sooner. Unfortunately, I didn't get to choose you Fidelity did. Don't accept Fidelity work orders unless you are willing to work them in a timely manner... I do empathize, because I am sure Fidelity is as awful to work with as it is to be a customer to them... but it is what it is.
This company services Home River group. They don't respond to service tickets in a timely manor. If you ask questions on what is the next thing to expect the say I'm not sure some one will reach out to you. We have been waiting for someone to reach out to us since last Friday. Very very poor service.
I was elated that I could get same day service. The service technician, Joseph and his assistant, Joey, were knowledgeable, polite, informative, and worked late til the repair was completed. 100% satisfied!
