Mr. Knight completed a few service calls through my warranty company. He always was quick to give a callback and always arrived early. I appreciate his diligence and repairing my AC during this heat wave! Thank you, Larry!

A/C went out and had to find someone fast to fixed it. Saw Lukas Jones had great reviews so i figured let’s give them a chance and I’ll tell you what I’m glad I did. Not only did he respond immediately to our call he also kept on informed on his ETA. He meticulously evaluated our situation but also even taught us what he was doing keeping me involved in process. As an active duty Sailor I’m grateful to have been helped by a trustworthy company. Will definitely be using them in future for bay of my Heating and Cooling needs as well as referring them to my coworkers.
From beginning to finish Larry was professional, knowledgeable, and was honest and straight forward. I will be recommending him to my family and friends from here on out!
We worked with Larry on a late Friday evening and he really came thru for us!! After a huge storm and losing power, our AC outdoor unit wasn't working properly. House was getting hot and we were desperate, gave them a call and Larry tried to help us troubleshoot the basics over the phone. He was awesome!!! Once the simple stuff didn't work, he came out right away and within an hour we had AC working again. Slightly under $250 but I thought this was a great value for a later weekend night service call and fix all within quick time. Very polite, prompt, and explained/educated us. Would use them again!
Polite, professional, and cost effective, this company is amazing. I have had service from other companies that wanted to charge crazy prices, tell me various things needed fixing that weren’t broken, talked to me as if I am stupid, this man does not do that! Very honest, went through the process of how my AC was functioning, I am very happy and will call them again. You should too!
Larry was prompt, efficient, had great communication, friendly, and completed the job in no time! I will be utilizing his services for all of my Heating & Cooling needs and highly recommend him and his company.
Larry was extremely professional and thorough. Diagnosed the issue and sent the recommendation to my home warranty company. Then followed up with them after receiving an approval to replace the outside unit, to let them know it was missing a part he needed to complete the job. Called and sent me a text to provide this update. Then answered my follow up call two days later to check the status of the parts he needed. To see if they were ready to pick up. He told me he would follow up with the company he is to pick them up from today, and will provide an update later that day. We'll he called me a little while after that advising he picked up the parts and was on the way to my home to get me taken care of. I definitely recommend him. He was the 2nd opinion I needed, as the first contractor tried to take advantage of me. Larry prevented that from happening. Thanks Larry with Lukas Jones AC and Heating.
Once again Lukas Air performed a thorough job and explains without the push for something you don't need, unlike a lot of techs from companies whom I've used in the past. I will continue to use Lukas Jones as we are very happy with the service.
This company was dispatched by my home warranty company for a 2nd opinion. This gentleman came to my home to give his opinion on what my ac system had wrong with it. This gentleman was thorough and neat. He was careful with his observations and wasn't quick to jump the gun by diagnosing something so outlandish it was going to cost me out of my pocket. He is fair amd reasonable and he was so concerned about mine and my family having no air he came after hours to try and get a diagnosis. I'm so grateful how legitimately concerned he was for my situation and can't thank him enough for his professionalism and integrity.

Larry was absolutely awesome! Totally professional with a great personality. Very experienced and knowledgeable. Took his time reviewing checking my 1 year old AC/Heating system. Explained the system and the operations to me as he performed the checks on the system. Took care of a few quality install issues that possible could have caused issues down the road. Even though my system was in good working he showed me simple things about the system that I could help improve it and maintain it as a homeowner. WELL worth having him come and check out the system. Signed up for biannual maintenance check. Without a out doubt would recommend Lukas Jones (Larry)
I am very fortunate that Larry Knight from Lukas Heating & Air was close by when I called. We were at 85 degrees inside and climbing. I exhausted all DIY guy options and had to call a professional. Larry was amazing and had my house cooling off in less than an hour. I will call him for all future HVAC needs. Thanks Larry!

If you need your heater or ac repaired or maintained, Larry is who you need to call! I called him on a Sunday and he was at my home in less than 30 minutes. He was able to diagnose and fix our heater in no time. Thanks again Larry!!
I highly recommend Lukas Jones Heating and Cooling, they saved me thousands of dollars over my other quotes. I called them for a second opinion because I had quotes for over $35K to replace my AC and Furnace and another for $3.5k to replace my motor and parts. Larry (LJ HVAC specialist) came out to provide a free estimate, he recommended several cost saving options. Replace the AC and Furnace for several thousand less or just repair the Furnace and AC for less than $1.0k. Larry was very professional and efficient. I learned my lesson about these big AC/Heating companies, we're retired on a fixed income and the large companies in town charge too much. I'm not paying for their TV commercials anymore. Next time I'm calling Lukas Jones Heating and cooling, please send Larry again. They saved me big $$$$.
Did exactly what they said they would do, on time, on budget. Larry is a straight shooter. You're not gonna regret working with this company
