In both instances, Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. He is an honest, hard-working, and dedicated tradesman. The negative reviews on this company is right on point. He was contracted by the home warranty company. He came out looked at the furnace and proceeded to tell me that it’s not covered. First of all it’s not up to him what’s covered and what’s not covered. He is contracted to diagnose the problem and not speculate on possible causes and proceeded to tell me how much it will cost me to repair without ever submitting it to the warranty company. I called the warranty company 2 days after this guy came out and the warranty company said no diagnosis was submitted. I called 2 days later and same thing, no diagnosis was submitted. Today over a week later and multiple emails and calls from the warranty company and just crickets. They are finally sending someone else out to diagnose the problem. After reading the negative reviews about this guy all from home warranty customers is that he collects the fee to go out and tries to scam the homeowner into paying him directly for the repairs, most likely is because the warranty pays him less for the repairs. He contacted with the warranty company and if he doesn’t like what they pay then don’t waste mine or anyone else’s time by coming out. I live in about the same area this company is at. I assure you that no one I know will ever use this guy. His lack of response left my family without heat during 30 degree nights. This is worst case of a business I have ever seen. I can’t wait for his response to this review and to see how he will blame it on me or the warranty company. Just like all the other excuses he gave other home warranty customers that he never submitted a diagnosis for. Next stop the BBB. Update. Apparently the owner can’t the post properly. The warranty company didn’t deny the claim, you never sent in the diagnosis. In fact the warranty company is sending out another repair company. By the way the warranty company did cover the repair and is now working fine.

Had this company install a new AC system last year. We had multiple problems with it during the summer when we needed it the most. The owner, Jonathan, said the problem is the zone system and how he hates dealing with zone systems. So now our second floor won't stay at a comfortable temperature. Going with a different company that can deal with zone systems...which shouldn't be a huge ask in the first place.

Tech sent out as part of a home warranty service request, should be a quick fix but has to submit diagnostic report to warranty company to get part ordered. A month later, crickets!!!!

This guy came out, said we needed a new compressor, that it would take 2 months to get it done through American Home Shield, or we could buy it ourselves and get it the next day. I said we wanted to use our American Home Shield. He left and we have tried to contact him to no avail. I then contacted AHS and they said he never ordered a part and after multiple calls to him, they are now sending out a new contractor to look at it. It's been three months without AC and heat. This is ridiculous. This guy is totally unprofessional and untrustworthy. I hope AHS doesn't send him anymore business.

Really bad service from the owner Jonathan, lack of efficiency working with him. Not recommended at all! He doesnt know anything about his own job or can even provide any certain update on the status of the work. Lack of communication and service!

Because we needed service on a Saturday, the owner of the company contacted me personally and helped me to diagnose the problem, made a plan for service and was at our home within a few hours. Once here he walked me through the plan and we discovered it was a much simpler issue than we thought, and was genuinely glad this would not be such an expensive repair for us, even though it wouldn't be much of a profit for him! It was really amazing to have the feeling someone was genuinely looking out for us

Jonathan was fantastic. He gave us a very competitive price on replacing our AC & furnace which were both at the end of their lifespans. He gave us options for repair as well as replacement and even threw in fixing a problem we were having with our sprinkler system. They showed up exactly on time and completed work much faster than we expected. By that afternoon all systems were functioning perfectly and all work areas were cleaned so that you would not have even known they were there. Loyal home services gets my highest recommendation.

If you want an honest, professional, and a company that has integrity, Loyal home services is the service to call. Prior to me using their services, I had another company that was trying to scam me by cutting unnecessary wires, removing caps without my knowledge, and persisting me to purchase a new HVAC system (when nothing was wrong with the units that pertained to buying an entire system.) This has led to not only one AC unit to not be fixed, but led to my other AC unit to fall apart. In the duration of 3 days, I had no AC and thus, this had let me to find another solution to this progressive problem. I then called Loyal Home Services, and Jonathan had aided me to resolve my problem within only two hours. His service and attention to getting the problem fixed was top-notch, and now I know who to call when my AC system decides to malfunction again.

My home warranty sent out Loyal Home Services for maintenance on my AC. He quickly assessed the equipment and gave me two options. One included modified fixes not covered by the home warranty plus freon which totaled close to 2k. The second was to replace the unit. Because it was such a large purchase either way and my home warranty wouldn't cover it, I got a different company to come out and look at the unit. They came out for free, tightened up some connections on the unit, and it worked! All for free. Saved us from spending at least a couple thousand dollars. Needless to say, we cancelled our home warranty too for being completely useless and lack of quality technicians. Do your research before committing to any repairs or replacements!
