Tech came out to “repair” my unit and it stopped working after a few hours. It seems like they’re into patching and not actually fixing the problem. Called the office and have yet to receive a call back.
It was all good from the phone call to the repair man to the repair.
Terrible company no compliant and doesn’t know good service, I would choose just about any other company but this one.

104 degree heat and a "priority" call put out to them from my rental company for AC repair and 24 hours later still no return call. Called their office to follow up & I'm still waiting......I hate to see how long it takes them to get to non-priority calls.
Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. AC wasn't turning on, he fixed that and checked rest of system. Very affordable. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! The guy was out here a little later than he said he would be, but he was able to figure out the solution pretty quick and get it resolved. It's starting to get cold, so not having heat would not have been ideal.
Very fast response to the service need. They addressed the urgent need to replace the furnace as the gas company turned off the gas due to gas leak inside the furnace and faulty line valves on other appliances in the house.
I had great service from Locke Service Co. They arrived on time, and were professional throughout the entire laps of service. I will call on them again (but hopefully won;t have to). Great work everyone!!!!
