We had a new A/C unit installed. We had a little mishap. Every time I call, customer service is very friendly. They're always trying to make everything right! Awesome customer service, including all the tech guys that have come out to the house!
Just like the Devil, the best trick John Wayne Heating and cooling ever pulled off, was it's not RACIST... If you identify as African American, just like HEB, you won't be hired... And I have a Honorable Veterans Status... But I'm black and that's bad for John Wayne image .. This company mirrors the same sentiments as the real JOHN WAYNE. but what do you expect... It's San Antonio, where if you're not 1. White or 2. Mexican, you're INVISIBLE
My mom got an AC unit from them. Had to go through greensky for the ac purchase loan. Her house got foreclosed on and sold in auction. The people who bought the house told her she could not remove the AC even though the loan was in her name and she was still making payments. We found out later the whole time we were not living there and she was making payments it was not even in her name anymore. They never told her the ownership was changed to the people who bought the trailer. So in my eyesthis company is flat out crooked.
Art was great, very thorough answered all my questions.
Just had ducts replaced and not happy with service. A lot of money and the project isn’t complete, We were told that anything they couldn’t rip out or get to would be cleaned, sanitized and sealed, but this does not look like that. I feel like the people that come and sell you on the service are not entirely truthful and then trying to get ahold of someone to address our issues has been ridiculous!!
Quick and efficient on a service call!
Ac service. Job done well but at end tech slammed attic access door closed and broke hinge and cracked Sheetrock joints all around. Chunks fell to floor. Then tech looked right at me and said he didn’t do that. I reported to bbb. They Bbb send me email 11 days later stating that complaint was closed because I didn’t respond to Jon Wayne’s resolution letter. I never received a resolution letter. Explained totally why Jon wayne ac service has a high bbb rating. They paid off a clerk at the bbb to sponge out all complaints. Both the bbb and Jon wayne ac are crooked as can be. They will screw your and there is nothing you can do but repair the damage they caused on your own dime as I did.
Lane was pleasant, competent, and efficient. Did the job quickly and restored my AC.
I would like to update a review previously left. Jon Wayne did come out with in 24hours and fixed our AC. Their project manager called the following Monday for follow up on our experience which says a lot for their company. We would continue to recommend them to our friends and family.
