I just want to thank Johnson Supply for helping me get a part for my AC unit!! The night before our day off, from working a 6 day week, all we wanted was to come home, relax and sleep in till about 10 the next morning! Unfortunately our house was about 97 degrees, so we thought we had energy savings on. 1-2 hours into the night, after turning it down. Thermostat stayed at 97 degrees 🥵 so definitely we thought oh man somethings wrong with our AC and I know it could be costly even though the unit was about 2 years old. I called my girlfriends father in the morning and he told me to check if the compressor was on, was the fan working, if the breaker was switched off and all of those except what I could think the compressor wasn’t on since it has that one sound to it and wasn’t sure. Anyhow my girlfriends father told me, it could have been the capacitor. So I googled the company of AC unit I had with capacitor replacement and I got a YouTube video of exactly what I needed to see. I went to my AC unit. Removed the side cover and uninstalled the capacitor (after taking out the breaker switch) and I searched around for local HVAC supply stores. Unfortunately a lot of them don’t sell to the public which I think is horrible if someone’s on a budget! Anyhow I called Johnson Supply and they told me they had a capacitor equivalent for replacement and it was non-returnable since I don’t have an account. Which was ok with me. The AC capacitor was brand new, not refurbished or re-manufacture. Came home followed my original wiring diagram of how my old AC capacitor was (I took a picture of the wiring) did the same with this new one and switched everything back on! And Boom!!! AC was blowing cold 🥶 baby!! I couldn’t have been so much happier with this purchase! I want to thank Manny who I spoke to on the phone and a nice lady on the counter (whose name I did not get) and also Dylan at the counter who reassured us that this part even though smaller in size was still the right one f

Needed to find an AC capacitor to fix my AC but was having trouble finding a place that sold to the public (they sell things to the public but in a somewhat limited capacity due to hvac licensing laws). l called Johnson Supply and spoke with Dillon and he said they had the part I needed in stock. Walked in, found what I needed for dirt cheap and fixed my AC issue. I will now recommend Johnson Supply to anyone needing common parts.

Went in looking for a certain motor. Even though I walked out without buying anything from them their counter guys checked their stock and still brought out product to compare it to. That's great service. Something you don't see these days. And now that I saw all that they had I'll go back every time.
