I just had my central AC replaced. Chuy and Johnnis did an awesome job! I didn’t realize the amount of work it entailed as I never had a central AC replaced and they were very meticulous to make sure everything is working. I felt bad for asking for a discount from Goettl before I signed the contract for them to do the work after seeing the extraordinary work they did. These two guys deserve a raise!!!
Making the appt via chat was easy and convenient. The tech was on time and texted when on their way. However the estimate was ridiculous for a 30 min cartridge replacement! But we were able to come to an agreement and the tech did a fantastic job. Thanks Joshua for paying attention to detail!
7/6/2023 Today Adrian and his team installed my water heater. Adrian is very knowledgeable and very professional. In a short 3 hours the water heater was installed and ready for use. Two alarms for leaks was installed and he explained their use. He and his team cleaned up after the installation showing his customer service expertise. 7/6/2023 Jonathan was here doing the flood inspection. He discovered that our water heater needed replacement. He worked with me explaining all the issues. I totally agree the water heater needed to be replaced. Jonathan is very friendly and very professional. He aided me in talking to Ryan. I decided to go with water heater replacement. Jonathan was extremely patience with me and was more that able to guide me through the right decision. He deserves so much credit in his job. Kudos to him. Our Goettl technician ,Matthew, was a fantastic person. He is really really great knowledgeable tech. He was so courteous and kind man. I would recommend him to anyone. Goettl is a great company to work with. They offered me numerous A/C systems to choose from. They are prompt with a replacement system. Again Matthew is fantastic. The installation team of Charlie and Mike did an outstandingly professional job. They were super polite. The job they did was beyond superb. They cleaned up afterwards. Everything was explained and answered all our questions. Another fantastic team serviced our home. Dyllan and Chris were the team that did the duct cleaning. They did a thorough job and explained everything they were doing as they did it. They sealed the ducts after the cleaning. And once that was finished the ducts were sanitized. I was shown pictures of the job and it was amazing what was done. Dyllan and Chris were so polite and very professional. I would definitely recommend Goettl for your next A/C requirements. Jeremy Ortega serviced my AC unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He figured out how to get my unit to start and got the house cooled down! I wouldn’t hesitate to have him service my unit again.
Teron was extremely helpful knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend not only the company but Teron also. He helped us through fixing are new build issues and possibly saved my families life. We had a gas leak that went unnoticed during inspection or they didn't care. Guess that's DR Horton for ya!! Thank you so much. We will only be using this company going fwd.
Joseph was the best. He was incredibly responsive and very thorough at explaining the issues we were having with our home’s water heater and filtration system. My wife and I can’t recommend him enough.
Ralph did a great job. Good friendly service overall. A quick response by the company (same day service). Prompt and on time. Prices are on the higher side but it was a good repair in the end.
** Update,7/6 just had plumbers come out for my maintenance check and wow was Darean on top of it, explained it all in detail and found and issue that could have gone wrong any-day now, water heater had some issues and he repaired it and got me going in no time.. yet another thing Goettl got me thru.. sure glad we use them! 1st post…Had the best experience EVER! Great prices, The “Rejjjuuvvvenaation” is so worth it! The Tech Matthew was so educated and taught me things I knew nothing of when it came to my system. Call them, you will see hard to say, easy to spell GOETTL!
We came home from vacation to a hot house but Goetll handled the problem with poise and tact. Made sure we kept cool with loaner a/c units. A week later the part came in. They didn't let the holiday (4th of July)get in the way. They sent William our way and he not only installed but took his time to make sure readings and refrigerants were 100% before leaving. Even screwed the screens back on the windows before heading out in a timely manner. Thank you for the excellent service!!

Had a clogged kitchen sink the day before a holiday, called Goettl and received awesome service from Tyler. The pit viper glasses definitely made the experience better too! If you have any plumbing issues, I could not recommend this company enough.
Doug was sent out to us to repair a busted pipe and he was absolutely wonderful! Good, honest man who explained everything and answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed. He went above and beyond for us, fixed everything right up and got our water back on for us. Thank you Doug! God bless.
Great experience with technician named Billy. He was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to diagnose my ac issue quickly and kept me informed of options. Would definitely recommend.
Jesus Gloria was extremely knowledgeable. Respectful, took a few minutes to actually get to know us a little bit but stayed professional throughout the entire service.. When he found something, Jesus would walk us through what was wrong and show us photos so in the future we are educated. If you call them request Jesus! For the business itself…. Terrible. Jesus came on Tuesday (6/27) fixed what seemed to be the problem… he came back out on Thursday (6/29) and found the actual issue that wasn’t as apparent (not a big deal, it happens)…. They were supposed to come Friday (6/30) between 9a-11a which was perfect because my wife was home before she had to go into work… without calling us and telling us they were running a little behind like they did the first time my wife called and had to find out that they won’t be coming between 11a-2p (again, the fact that they were running late wasn’t the issue it was the lack of communication)… my wife is in the military and is an instructor for basic training so she HAS to be at work during her shift…. Nobody came and when my wife called AGAIN they wanted to come out at 3:30p…. I was at work (I work in nursing) and can’t just stop what I’m doing and she couldn’t stay home any longer…. So they were supposed to come today (7/1) between 9a-11a and still nobody showed up and no communication as to what’s going on….. we are still waiting… Jesus was fantastic but overall I will not call them back to my house or recommend them after this.
Tyler was awesome!!! They came out when no one else would. Excellent job, highly professional. Flushed main sewer line and cleared the problem. Highly recommend.
Had a new AC unit installed a couple months back, but noticed in the last couple weeks, it not working quite as well as it should. (Yes, I know it’s been 100+ but still) Called Goettl and William and Micheal came out and fixed things up in a jiffy! We have nothing but good to say about this company, they are super friendly, professional and informative. Thanks guys!
Ernesto, Mark, and Jerry were great - fast, efficient, and professional. Great quality install of a brand new A/C system. I’ve never had a company react to a call with “sure, we can have someone there in 15 minutes” before. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
I hired this company to take a look at a leak and give me an estimate. Plumber was pleasant and friendly and provided reasonable estimate. However I was told beforehand that there would be a $89 fee to come out and that he would consult before doing anything that would cost extra. When he finished he said we owed $260 because he had performed a water pressure test, even though we never asked for it and it was not necessary for the problem we had called about. Disappointed in the lack of communication and waste of money.
