I called a company, who was having one of those spring tune up deals, to make sure the air conditioner was in good working order. We had not had the air on yet for the season. They disconnected things and made it appear that the unit was in fact not in working order. They diagnosed a broken compressor and a whole new unit was in order. I called Gillette for a second opinion. They diagnosed zero issues with my unit. He hooked everything back up, made recommendations on things that will not be in working order soon but thanks to his honesty I do not have to spend thousands of dollars on a new HVAC! Trust but verify and Gillette verified that the other company is a fraud. They will be getting all of my business going forward.

I called them to come do some basic twice a year checks, the could not even unclog an AC drain line. The services person told me it was against company policy to unclog the line. This wasn't the first time this has happened with my drain line, it was the fist time an AC company had ever told me they wound not fix it. They said I should call a plumber. I called the office to complain, the services manager said they were going to fire the nice guy that came out. I told him I don't think you can fire someone for following company policy. If they can't handle a simple drain line issue, how in the heck can they handle a real AC issue. At the end of the day, they took my money and left me with a pan full of water. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
We had our AC handler and compressor (indoor and outdoor units) removed and new ones installed by Gillette. The team made every effort to finish the huge job on time, even calling in extra team members to make it happen. They were conscientious about how they treated the house while they were in it and the quality level that they were completing the job with. They even made a significant effort to clean up their mess when they were leaving. I'm super pleased with their service and we're going to have a very cool San Antonio summer thanks to Gillette!

We called last night to evaluate what’s wrong with our heater and we were glad that they were able to send someone but since it was in the evening we were told that someone will come back in the morning to do the work. It’s already noon time and no one has called to let us know if they will dispatch a technician to do the work. We have a 20 months old baby and I’m pregnant while it’s freezing inside our home. I will not recommend this company!

Amazing Service, Amazing Solutions! Arriving at a new parish I found decades of differed maintenance. The current company was filled with amazing people, but didn't have the ability to get church caught up. Not only did Gillette get my church cool and my get my preventative maintenance caught up, they fund rebates to differ the cost and were amazing. From old pressure valves to modern electronic, web controls they have made it work in my very lacking budget. They are not my go to company.

Honest and reliable! Price was excellent and service was outstanding!! Daniel explained all my options and when I do replace my unit, I feel very comfortable using this company.
