Arrived on time. Fixed concern quickly & efficiently, especially due to having part needed in his work truck so no need for delays or a 2nd appointment. Very knowledgeable & explained each step in detail as well as recommendations & other services available. Very kind, professional & will use company again in the future.

General Air Conditioning HVAC company is owned and operated by Tim Bruce; who leads a team of experienced and professional male and female service technicians. I have always been pleased with their excellent service which is why I have shared his business information on the Facebook group page for my HOA and via the NextDoor app. We first met Tim Bruce in 2015, when we interviewed him and several other TRANE Certified HVAC companies to upgrade our builder installed Carrier HVAC system; which never evenly heated or cooled our home, during the almost 10 years that we had it. Throughout the past 8 years, we have always renewed our annual maintenance plan with Gen Air; which has saved us a lot money because: It includes our Spring & Autumn seasonal maintenance checkups; which helps to keep our TRANE HVAC System working at its best.
Tim Bruce, the owner, and one of his techs were at my house 90 min after I called them on a Sunday! AC was fixed very fast, it was just a capacitor on a 24-year old air conditioner.
They were amazing! Called at 1pm and they were to my house by 3pm. Mikayla was my tech and she was so knowledgeable, professional, efficient and truly loves her job!

We have used this business for many years for seasonal maintenance and any rare repair needed. We see the same technicians over and over which is a reflection of their experience and an excellent company to work for. I am a technical person and ask many questions. They could not be friendlier or more patient with their answers. I honestly could not be more satisfied with their service.

Clara was very knowledgeable, she cleaned our condenser the right way, used shoe covers & found a leak in my coil, I didn’t know I had. I highly recommend this company!!
Christopher was our a/c technician and he was excellent. Checked the thermostat, the coils, all system pressures. Cleaned the secondary vent line…provided me with great preventative tips to keep it clean. Went outside and checked and cleaned the compressor and cooling vents. He also provided a good solution to prolong the compressors life…will do so in Nov. Maintenance contract was a cost effective decision. Thanks Christopher.
Chris was punctual, which is always the way. If there is a problem, I'm always made aware. Chris thoroughly checked my system. He gave me the results and explained everything. They do a great job.
