My house was built with a Goodyear unit, lasted about 13 years before it went out. Called flo-rite over and they talked me into getting a bigger unit saying it would last longer. 4 yrs later, the blower motor goes out. When you call them you always get voice-mail and they don't call you back until 2 weeks have passed.
I requested an annual service to be done and was told that they are no longer a RESIDENTIAL company. They only service Commercial accounts. Now I have no one to perform the service contract .

I had my motor give out... in July... in Texas. Was not a fun experience. The AC motor in the attic sounded as if a really old washing machine was bouncing around, and it was even shaking the house. I contacted FLO RITE and they came the very next day. Our technician, Roberto, was very knowledgeable and quick. He explained to me that my motor sat on three prongs. One had snapped, and this is what was causing the thunderous sounds coming from the attic. Due to motor rattling all over the place, the squirrel cage was also damaged. I wouldn’t have known any of this if not for Roberto. He promptly fixed it and effectively saved my life because working from home with no AC... in July... in Texas... was literally killing me. FLO RITE’s professionalism and promptness is definitely what were needed during a time of crisis. They have gained a customer for life.
The technician, Ron, was very courteous and professional. He quickly assessed the problem, provided options, and worked diligently to correct the issues.
Robert was amazingly time- efficient, accurately diagnosing three problems with two units in minutes, and curing them with a smile.

I just had my 15 year old system replaced with a new Lennox system. The crew at Flo-Rite did a clean & excellent install .They showed up on schedule and answered all my questions. If your looking for service or need a completely new AC , I highly recommend calling Flo-Rite for the job.
Professional technician, courteous and personable. Getting a call returned needs a little work. I had to call three times before I got a respond.
The technician Carlos was polite and very knowledgeable. Truly an honest guy.
Called them to replace ducts. The work should have taken a whole day and it was finished in about an hour. After their work one of the rooms was no longer receiving air. Had to call them back they sent same guys to fix work they didn’t do right in the first place and again the guys still did work quickly. I say quickly because the person I spoke to said the work would take about several hours. Even one of the managers who came over to check the work said he did not like the layout of ducts. They sent same guys and still not much progress was made. I called another company to check duct work, they said the layout that was used was an old method, not newer method used today for better air flow. I made really bad decision in calling these people, I should have just called the person I usually use but i got stupid. Definitely will not ever use this company again.
I won't rely or use any other company other than Flo-Rite.
This company installed a brand new a/c and furnace about two years ago. We called because the condensation drain was clogged. They told us that they would call us back after they spoke to the owner. When they called back, we were told that they were no longer doing any residential work only commercial.
