Standard maintenance. James was on time and very thorough in maintenance evaluation of my AC. Explained findings clearly. Remedied issue with identified leaking plenum. Made logical recommendations for near term air flow improvement and longer term maintenance planning for unit. Extremely pleased with all aspects of the service provided. Thank you!

My fan motor went out on a Friday afternoon, of course. It was 105-108 during the day. FloAire got the motor number off the motor, ordered it and they had it in by Tuesday. I was out of town and so I kept in close contact with the office and they were so nice. I highly recommend FloAire for all of your air conditioning needs.
Great service reasonable prices
We have used Flo-Aire in a couple of our homes over the past 10 years and have always been completely satisfied. They are professional, knowledgable, friendly and customer centered. They carry only the best, highly rated HVAC systems and their installation is excellent. The most recent was a complete removal and installation of a 2 zone HVAC system in our residence which they completed in two days (one the first day, two the second) and we were only without A/C for a short period during the process. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC repair or replacement. (And no, I received no compensation for this review, I just want to recognize excellent service when I receive it.)

Excellent and prompt service from the entire team, all the way from customer service answering the phone to their service manager discussing my equipment and finally to their techs coming to my house. I’ve used this company for years now and have always felt good about the quality level of services rendered and the price. Would highly recommend Flo-Aire for HVAC/AC work.

For over ten years we always call Flo Aire for our HVAC needs. They are responsive, prompt, and honest. They only fix what needs to be fixed and explain the reasoning behind it. They advise us of better methods when available and we know we get the best price always.
James was extremely professional and broke things down for me to understand about my unit. He listened to all of my concerns and questions along with my brother that was here in support of me. Very knowledgeable and kind. Extremely impressed with his knowledge. I received bad news on requiring a new unit as mine is almost 40 years old I would highly recommend Flo Air for your repair needs.
