Timely, friendly, and great rates!
Andrew is absolutely amazing. Gave me all pricing upfront, so there were no surprises. Had to service 4 ac systems for me. To check both cooling & heating, he needed a little cooperation from the weather. Instead of charging me for two trips, he let me know what was going on & offered to reschedule. Very informative about all my systems & how they were running. Andrew will definitely be handling all of our heating & ac needs from now on! Highly recommend!!

Our AC stopped working and Andrew was able to come out the same day to fix the issue. He was efficient and his prices were very fair! We have a cool house again.

Once again we called Andrew at First Rate Services and on a Saturday and he was out to see us within the hour. He mentioned that he was in the process of moving but still made the time to come help us out with our problem. During the service call he answered any and all questions we had and provided thorough explanations of why the system was malfunctioning the way that it was. He was very professional, courteous, and just an all around nice guy. I would highly recommend Andrew and First Rate Services for any A/C needs, the prices are really reasonable and we can't thank him enough for coming out in such short notice.

The same day service was great, the technician kept in touch with me about his arrival time. Upon arrival he was professional and courteous and respectful of my home. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and get my heater back up and running in a very brief time. He explained the problem to me clearly and showed me what parts were replaced. He even brought in a little vacuum to clean up after himself. I am very impressed with this business and will use them again in the future.
The very best! Andy has installed multiples systems for me on various properties. He's my go-to. He has also maintained my personal home units. I value his knowledge and experience in resolving problems. This guy ain't no part pusher! I will not use anyone else. PERIOD.
I called to get an estimate on our heater system that was not working. He was able to come down to our business within an hour and started working on our system right away. Got our heater fixed same day. Andrew is very nice and professional. If you need something fixed to save you drom the hot or cold weather, Andrew is your guy. 😁
Our heater went out the first freeze of the season yesterday and we found Andrew through reviews. He answered quickly and although it was late Sunday afternoon and they werent available he still came by knowing it was going to freeze again overnight. He was so thorough and quickly repaired our heater. We really appreciate how knowledgeable and helpful he was. He also took his time explaining what was wrong. We have saved his number for any of our future repairs. Thank you
