sent a text to the number off the website at 9pm on Sunday, had a call from their pleasant scheduling staff by 0750 Monday, and had a tech out to the house by 1030 that same Monday. Impressed with their response time & professionalism. Would definitely call them again if needed & would also recommend to a friend
UPDATE: Immediately after I posted this review I got a call from a supervisor. He apologized profusely and quickly dispatched someone to resolve the issue. While I'm glad everything is fixed up, its still disappointing that I have to weaponize a google review just to get some basic customer service. Original Review: I'm having. a very frustrating experience with this company. They installed a system in my house 5 years ago, and they never glued the pcv drain lines together under the house. They just dry fit them, but forgot the glue. One of them came disconnected and was leaking water under my house for....years, perhaps? I have no idea. They sent a tech out to do a repair, but he only glued one of the four. Then they sent me a bill for the work! I already paid $10k for the original installation, which was never properly completed. I called in to the office and kindly explained that there was no way I was going to pay for the work, because I had already paid for it when I paid for the original installation. They said a manager would call me back....still waiting for that call a month later. Now I have 3 pvc drain lines, just waiting to separate and leak water under my house, and their office just emailed me the bill again. What a hassle....
I am writing to share my experience about EZ Air Conditioning and Heating's exceptional service, and particularly to express my gratitude to Manny for his amazing work in getting our air conditioning unit back up and running. Manny's knowledge and expertise were second to none, and he was incredibly instructive in explaining the issues we were facing with our unit and how he could remedy them in no time. The issue we were facing was that one of our AC condensers was working overtime while the other was out of commission and needed to be recharged with refrigerant. Manny quickly identified the problem and was able to provide us with a solution that was both efficient and effective. He also provided us with valuable information on future options to save money in the long run with more energy-efficient units. What really stood out to me was Manny's commitment to ensuring that we understood the issues we were facing and what he was doing to fix them. He was patient and thorough in explaining everything to us, and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with his work. Overall, I would highly recommend EZ Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone in need of HVAC services, and I would specifically recommend Manny for his exceptional service and dedication to his craft.
Chris was excellent and answered my many questions and really stepped through everything and make it easy to understand. Really appreciated his thoroughness and the time he took to ensure that my system was back up and running. Cannot recommend more highly!

We have a similar story as most people here! Short story; we had a home warranty company who jerked us around and never replaced a 15 year A/C system. We called on 28 Apr and just finally heard from them yesterday. Lots of details missing, but we called EZ and everything went as smooth as silk! When we finally ditched the home warranty company(Choice Home Warranty), we had an A/C installed the same day! How amazing is that!?! Every single person i talked to with EZ Air Conditioning from GM to technician, was extremely empathetic and caring about me and ny family's situation. Too bad they only offer 5 stars!

Jaime is the technician who regularly services our HVAC system. He is thorough in the work he does and clearly explains what he is doing and why he is doing it.
Almost a year ago, had our HVAC system replaced and it's been running great. Best thing is the quote they gave us was under and saved us some money.
Highly recommend. Javier was professional, courteous, and an all around pleasure to work with. Got my repair found and fixed quickly with minimal fuss. Didn’t try to over sell or mansplain anything. Was respectful to my house and myself. I will definitely be using them again for all my HVAC needs and maintenance.
Technician arrived on time and thoroughly checked our system and performed the required maintenance. Javier even fixed the remote on my cell so I can manage the system from afar. He is knowledgeable.
After a detailed site inspection, they offered me a top brand with the best price among my quotes. Tear down/Install began at 8am and was complete and clean by 3pm. Enrique took care of the registration work and walked me through the new thermostat features.
Excellent A/C company. Lived in our house almost 5 years. Had poor A/C and high humidity in what we thought was a brand new house. After 2 other companies failed to diagnose the problem, we had EZ A/C install whole home dehumidifier and new thermostat last year which helped a lot, but still felt the system wasn't running at 100%. Then we just had regular service performed with them and found out our ducts also weren't properly sealed. Just got them sealed and everything works better than it ever has. Better solution than the other companies that wanted to sell me a whole new system. Highly recommend EZ.
Exceptional service from the first time Carrier service recommended then. Yesterday I had my coils cleaned…wow showed the importance of a high quality filter. The techs are always polite and professional. I’ve seen the same tech since the first year of service. Shows a lot about the company that can keep a long term employee. If I have a problem with my ac I couldn’t ask for better service. They will remain my first choice for service.

I am a tenant in a subdivision in Cibolo, TX. First and far most I’d like to rate/thank my property management agent Leona Flores from People First Real Estate for responding to my HVAC issue so promptly. I have known of other property managers taking weeks to respond to situations like these. Given this cold weather it was great to not have to wait and endure it for long. Thanks Leona! Well, my awesome landlord took care of the situation immediately and contacted EZ air conditioning and heating. It wasn’t more than an before they contacted me directly and had a specialist here within a few hours from that (personal schedule flexibility, they worked around my hours)Gerardo Aceves was the specialist that came and he was very respectful, clean, private, and went above and beyond to fix the problem himself (which appeared to be some what of an electrical issue). Needless to say, I was beyond grateful to have my heater up and running within a few hours, and the awesome specialist going above and beyond to repair it was amazing!
This company is dedicated to resolving manufacturing issues- I had a noise between the heat exchanger and the blower that took some digging in the system to resolve. Thanks to Julio and Javier for finding the intermittent knocking noise. Happy customer!
I called EZ Air Conditioning and Heating on a Friday around 1:00 pm, asking when they could schedule a visit to check my system. When the person who answered the phone discovered that my unit wasn't working, she was able to set up a visit for 3:30 pm the same day. Mr. Enrique came by a few minutes after 3:00 and went through the house, inspecting the unit inside, outside, and the attic. He took the time to explain problems with the ducts and how to solve them. He pointed out that the inflow was inadequate and explained that it needed to be increased for the new system to perform optimally. The next day, Jonathan called to ask if I received the quote they sent on Friday. I didn't, and he resends it. So on Monday, he called, and once we agreed on the price, the service was scheduled for Wednesday between 8:00 am and 9:00 am. The work crew was at my house by 8:10 am on the scheduled day. They did a great job replacing the unit. They were very respectful of me and my home. Mr. Jaime Martinez and the rest of the crew were exceptionally professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were done by about 3:30 pm. Mr. Enrique came by after the installation and showed me how the new system works. EZ Air Conditioning and Heating did this in less than a week! From start to finish, everyone in the company went the extra mile to help, and you don't see that happening anymore. I had a great experience, and I recommend them 100%.
