a few weeks ago I had Elmers come out for regular maintenance. They didnt show up during the agreed time and didn't call. I called them and we rescheduled. They got here and did some maintenance and I joined the member club for yearly maintenance. Unbeknownst to me, while they were here they blew out one of the breakers to the unit. Later that night they came back out but did not have the required breaker. They followed up the next day and everything was fine. A couple of weeks later my HOA sends me a picture and report of a vehicle, of the Elmers employee, speeding through my neighborhood. Fast forward to yesterday, I called because it seems two of my units aren't cooling properly. I called customer service and she told me "the trip charge is ... and it is up to the technician to decide if he will waive the trip charge." I argued with her but set the appointment anyway. The next person I talked to said that was bad information and there is no trip charge with the membership. My appointment was from 11 to 2 yesterday. no one showed. No phone call. We left the house at 2 after waiting all day. Searching the cameras, the guy showed up at 2:24. Maybe if he had called I would have waited for him. While I was out, I called customer service and the guy tells me that it showed the service was "in Progress." And I said "well, I hope not because I am not home." Apparently they fudge the story internally to make it appear as though they are meeting their time lines. Customer service said they would call me back yesterday to make up the appointment. Again... They did not call. This morning, some man calls and wants to reschedule. He did not apologize and didnt sound as if he gave two sh___ about any of it. In hind sight, I wish I did not purchase the club membership. I would not recommend this company. They dangle a cheap price but in the end you'll be paying for someone else anyway. Buyer beware.
Eli & Nathan saved the day. Their impecable customer service, (friendly, patient demeanor), quick excellent response & care about our well being on a scorching summer day made the unbearable, bearable. I appreciate their persistence with solving our problem & attention to detail. Our unit was up, running & cooling again. They listened to my questions/concerns & walked me through the process of addressing & fixing our unit’s concern. Customer service seems to be lacking these days, but these gentlemen restored my faith that there are servant leaders that still take pride in their work & still care for people. I highly recommend Elmer’s (ask for Eli & Nathan) for all your HVAC needs. Thank you Eli & Nathan. You saved the day.
I had a clogged kitchen sink and called the number listed, they dispatched someone SUPER fast. Sergio was extremely friendly and professional. He made quick work and made sure to show me and explain the whole process. Sergio was very knowledgeable, and made sure to answer all my questions, I highly recommend Elmer and especially Sergio if you need any plumbing services! Kudos!!
Do Not USE! These people are a scam! We paid about 4K, to change out the collars and replacing parts on their recommendation! This was after they came to fix another problem they said we had. Well this is the result, the air ducts have holes the guys skipped vents and they overall made it worse than it was before. So we called and the guys came back out with their supervisor, who had it is not my problem attitude, but it is Elmers said you’re their supervisor. Well guys stayed late and for their part we’re really nice but didn’t fix it! Left holes and now missing pieces. So we called in the early afternoon (around 2) to get this fixed AGAIN! We also requested to speak with manager or supervisor. We were assured someone would call. 5:30 rolls around we call again, they had a million excuses and of course no manager present because they are gone for the weekend but assured us some one would call next week. Oh and the before and after pictures of their work, conveniently never sent and when asked also responded with some time next week! Save yourself a lot of money and a headache, call anyone else! This company is Trash they charge a ton, take your money, and do horrible work!! Does this look like 4K worth of repairs…??? It’s actually worse now than it was before! All in 30 hours! Amazing customer service! Amazing work Elmer’s!
I Can’t say enough good things about Ian Martinez and Victor Davila! Not only did they know their stuff but they were also everything you’d expect- responsive, on time, etc. However, these two gentleman went above and beyond! They showed and explained things to me and also explained things to my husband via FaceTime! They were super patient and VERY good at communicating to us non ac specialists ( that’s rare!!). Still- the cherry on top was that they brought my trash cans in off the street! Who does that these days? I’ll tell you who- Ian Martinez and Victor Davila that’s who!! Thanks guys!

Mario O - Senior Tech Mario is an absolute Godsend. He was very personable, honest, compassionate, and went above & beyond to assist us in making decisions for our AC unit. It honestly felt like we had known him our entire life. We had a personal bonding moment with him sharing about his previous military career. He had a sense of pride and honor while being able to understand the steps we are currently in with our military journey. Mario, Thank you. Thank you for all that you did and trusting/allowing us to hear some of your personal story. If I could give you an infinite number of stars, you’d have them all.
We love everything about this company. We have used them for years. Today we had them come out to drain our drain pan. Johnathan did a fantastic job. Our dog loved him and he is a good judge of character. I am so happy with the service form the first phone call this morning to Johnathan helping us out. Thanks again!
Mario Olivares Mr. Mario was such a great person. His interaction with my parents while helping them with our air conditioning was very pleasant. He was very detailed in explaining what was wrong with our air conditioner. I really like that he allowed me to interact with all three of them and ask questions. He was very nice and he took the time to ask us questions about my brothers military career. He shared his gratefulness for that and even told us about his military career choices. I’m so thankful that Mr. Mario was sent to us and will be getting our house back to cooler temperatures.
Layton was such a professional. Very thorough, detailed, and explained everything clearly. He even kept his upbeat attitude when he got caught in the freak downpour while working on my outside unit! 😄
As part of a biannual service agreement, Ian Martinez of Elmer's Home Services inspected and serviced my two air conditioners. I was impressed with the man's skills--communication and thoroughness to name two. Good service is becoming increasingly rare these days, so Mr. Martinez work was a pleasant surprise--a very good first impression.
Nathan Gilbert was amazing! We haven’t had a maintenance in years and thought our a/c had broken. Called Elmer’s on Monday evening and Nathan arrived Wednesday morning. He inspected, cleaned, and fixed everything quickly. He walked me through every step and every option, showing pictures, answering questions, and not pressuring me at all. Wonderful experience and we’re thrilled to be members of their service.
I worked with Mario O. As as the technician and the manager Weston, and these gentleman were extremely helpful with my concerns. I was offered several options that met my needs and they worked with me to get the unit and price that worked for me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to work with a fair and honest team that cares about their customers.
Elmer's plumbing was punctual, I was contacted in a timely manner to be made aware they were on the way. When they entered the home they were respectful of the home and had little shoe booties. As for the service, they only spent about 10-15min in the home. They fixed the garbage disposal issue I was experiencing very quickly. Michael was knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't just fix the issue and walk away, he showed me how I could do some troubleshooting at home before having to call, which would save me money and save them time, although he never made me feel like I wasted his. Highly recommend!
We got to work with Mario Olivares and he was a great crew member. He was willing to come out on the 4th of July for an emergency repair which was super helpful. He offered great advice, a positive attitude and tons of help. Thank you!

We’ve been using Elmer for 3 years now. Every interaction has been great. Even though we’ve had multiple issues with our unit they are always efficient and get the job done. Paul was great, informative and very respectful of my home.
Nick was fantastic! He walked in the door and quickly identified the problem. Then expertly replaced the needed part without an ounce of wasted motion. Without exaggeration, one of the best HVAC technicians I've ever seen.
My A/C need to be repaired so I called Elmer's because they are the ones who installed it 5yr ago. They came to my house in a timely manner witch was great being they are very busy this time of year.Nathan was my tech and he was so very friendly and very kind. He accessed what the problem was and gave me several options to choose from. Not once trying to sell me on any. My husband recently died so I kinda freaked out on all the prices because I live on a fixed income. But Nathan was so sweet and understanding. He called Gabriel the project manager and told him about my situation and they were kind enough to work with me on the price and I was able to get my A/C worked on. I am so thankful for both of them and feel very blessed.I will most definitely call them agian if I ever need their service.God bless Elmer's. I had to call them back for a miner problem and they sent out Robert and he did a awesome job as well. I highly recommend Elmer's!!!
Max and crew are the best. They saved the day and always have a great playful attitude when we're all dealing with a tough situation. I was panicking until I found his business card, then I knew everything was going to be alright. Can't recommend them enough!
