Truly great communication and responsiveness. Came out the very next day. Here on time. Very responsive to the challenges of my historic home and the building conditions plus my aesthetic concerns!! Erica and Mario measured and came up with a great plan to update my HVAC. We went through many different scenarios to make it work how I’d like it to look and function. Instead of 3 condensers I’ll still have 1 but much more efficient. I’m thrilled and cannot wait to work with them!

Honest and professional, our AC system was repaired the same day and a high quality inspection was performed as well. Anthony was friendly and took the time to explain his findings regarding what we needed to address the current issue and also some things to prepare for later on. I Would use them again if needed!

Eagle is always great. We have two units and use Cowboy to service the other unit. Unlike their competitors, Eagle is always professional, communicative, on time and go way above and beyond in helping you understand what it is they actually do. I prefer Eagle over anyone else.
A technician came out for a free AC tune up through a CPS program but since he’s left, water has been pouring out of the secondary condensate drain line. It is actively draining heavily out of the inside unit and the seal also appears to have been breached by pressing down on the unit. There is air leaking around this as well. I have not seen this before today and have definitely not had water draining like this before either. The technician was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable it now I’m concerned there is a major issue when the only reason I had the tune up was to ensure there was nothing going on. UPDATE: The technician has been amazing. He came back out at 7pm and stayed until 9pm to help fix the issue. When he left it appears to have stopped leaking but let me know to call back immediately if it starts again. Great customer service. UPDATE: The issue was not resolved last night, but again, the tech and a manager were sent back this morning and resolved the issue. Customer service is fantastic. Thank you!
