Came home to a broken AC. 88 degrees in the house with panting dogs. Called them at 3pm, someone was at the house by 5, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I made it to work on time by 7pm. Amazing experience and will definitely be using them again for routine maintenance and repairs!
Called with a problem with our A/C after being on vacation for three weeks and they sent someone over to check it out within a few hours. We have used this company for over twenty years and have only had wonderful service from them.

I am a new customer. We just had our system (HVAC unit and heat pump) inspected and we were very pleased with the service. The technician explained how the system works and what he was going to do. Also, he arrived as per the scheduled time and was very courteous. I recommend Damiani for your system inspections.
I highly recommend Damiani’s. I have had incredible and professional service from them every time, from basic tuneups to repairs. They are super responsive and will get you scheduled in quickly when you are experiencing problems. Their technicians are some of the most knowledgeable in the city!
Damiani’s worked me in, showed up early, worked hard to find a part that was on back order, found a better price, came when they said they would (or early) and I never was without a/c. Thank you Gina, Andrew and everyone.
They are always professional on the phone able to work with your schedule. When the technicians come out, they are fast efficient knowledgeable. The last time they came they even threw the ball for the dogs a couple times in the backyard while checking out the unit. I highly recommend them.
All traits on this business service were very professionally done. The gentlemen led by Art were right on time. They went right to work checking the inside Inuit and then moved to the outdoor unit to check it out too.

Tom was the first person to call. He sent out Marcos, who was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Everything was repaired and the AC is cooling again!
We have had Damiani’s work on our AC units for a few years now. They are honest and professional. They come twice a year to give maintenance to the units and always try their best to come as fast as possible if there is any problem. They are the best.
My A/C system went out last Friday. I called the after hours to have the office contact me on Monday to set up a preventative maintenance. I got home from work on Saturday and it was at least 98 degrees if not more in my house and my two cats were stressing badly. I contacted the after hours to see if I could get an after hours call for that night. 11: called me back and stated thanot get Lee out to my house until 11 a.m. on Sunday. At the advice from Audrey, I set up fans, opened windows and turned the unit on to run the fan only, to help circulate the air. It was a long, very warm to sleep while trying to take care of my two cats and trying to cool them off. On Sunday at about 11:00 a.m., Audrey contacted me as promised and stated that Lee was on the way to service the unit. Upon completion of the repair, Audrey contacted me to let me know the unit was back up a running and explained to me what was wrong. This is the best customer service I have received in a long time and was appreciated. Audrey and Lee are two of the best. Damianis is the company to use to get prompt service and outstanding customer service follow up. Thanks to all of the Damianis staff, especially Audrey, Lee and the Answering Service for promptly forwarding my call.

Technician (Lee) arrived early, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable! The individual I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, courteous and sent a reminder prior to visit regarding expected arrival time. I appreciate their excellent customer service!
