The technician was extremely professional, friendly, fun, and took pictures and showed me everything he did. I appreciate his work. Your packages are a little pricey, and being on a fixed income, it was not affordable for me.
Would not recommend this company, first they don’t finish the job and don’t bring all the equipment they need. They didn’t leave our house until 1:30 am and I had to call them 3 times to come and finish putting all the equipment that was supposed to be finished on the first day. Someone finally showed up and they still didn’t finish the job. Still waiting on them. Two weeks later.
Technician was very professional. He took time to explain all the issues with my unit as well as what was working well. Cost of any needed corrections were detailed without trying to sell anything. Good job. Will reach out to this company again 😁
Chris Richards serviced our AC today. He did a fantastic job and gave us some recommendations on improving some of our regular maintenance. He was friendly, professional and courteous. A great representation of the quality of customer service we receive from Cowboys AC.
I’m a stay at home mom and I’m very conscious about who is coming to my home and if I’m being taken advantage of price-wise. Well, Cowboys Air and Conditioning made me feel so comfortable and secure. They have GREAT communication skills and are VERY professional. They text me updates from the moment I called and made an appointment and even sent me a pic of the tech that was going to arrive at my house so I could confirm who it was easier. My tech, Angelo, was very kind and did a very thorough job. He took pics of everything for proof instead of just having me take his word. He sent me all the pics and a summary of the service to my email for my keeping and he answered ALL of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. So far, everyone I have talked to at this company has had great manners and great customer service. Highly Recommend!!!
Greg replaced a fuse on my AC unit. He is such a joy to work with. He goes way above and beyond on any and all the jobs he's done for me. Thank you Greg for your honesty and taking pride in what you do! Your parents raised a wonderful young man and they should be very proud!
Miguel was my tech he was very nice and gave me some advice to keep my system tip top. He also was very helpful in telling me what mysystem needed for the future, i will definitely be calling cowboys and keeping Miguel as my technician thank you y'all are the best.

This is my first time using Cowboy’s A/C. I was having an a/c water leak . They were able to send someone out quickly. Greg Git called when he was on his way. He arrived introduced himself and checked the a/c. He showed me where the issue was and shared other things I needed to know . I agreed with him it was time to replace the 35yr old unit. We scheduled the install a few days later . Install team Ricky and Jesse showed up on time and got to work immediately. They worked nonstop , very hard working team with 15+ years of experience. They also cleaned up before they left. Thank you, Greg, Ricky and Jesse for handling my new a/c system. I would recommend Cowboy’s A/C. They have professional workers, great customer service and experienced installers.
Last evening, the temperature steadily increased. I called, and technicians call within an hour. The thermostat was broken. They bypassed it, and got the AC working. This morning they came with a new thermostat. This was on Independents Day. Great job
It is rare these days that you get the kind of service that I received today by Fabian with Cowboy's Air Conditioning and Heating Company. Fabian is so knowledgeable and so professional! I appreciate very much that he took the time to not only explain how the system works but also to educate me about the steps I can take as a home owner to help ensure my system keeps running trouble free by performing simple regular maintenance tasks. When I find a company that goes above and beyond like this, I stick with them when I need future service! Thank you very much!

Eric was a great technician. He was able to explain all my concerns and helped me with the cost of a completely new system. The install guys were great too. Stayed till 10pm to get everything installed correctly. I've had negative issues with other companies but I feel Cowboys are honest and their warranty backs it up.

I truly don’t understand all the top ratings for this company. I just dealt with these people a few days ago over repairs. I recently purchased a condo and one of the closing conditions was to repair the HVAC. In fact, that part was a $3500 dollar cost with a one year warranty. Three days after moving in, the AC was on 24hrs and wasn’t getting cool. After being denied service three times, I had to get the realtor involved only to have the same technician come out and proposes that I pay another $2000 for an in-line restriction 🙄. Mind you, it hasn’t even been a month since purchasing this condo. Needless to say, I went with another company and they fixed everything for $300 dollars and made proper suggestions.
They were professions and courteous. The unit installed appears to be too small for my home. It took almost 10 hours to cool the home to the desired temperature. This makes the outside compressor run a long time that is probably not energy efficient.
Upon arriving at home from work around 6:30pm to discover the temperature in the house was over 100°, AC not working. Called cowboys and they had a technician out that evening. They inspected the entire system and found the problem. While not what I was hoping to hear, the Technician very professionally explained all options and really went out of his way to help us reach an acceptable conclusion. Very satisfied
