Had them come out to check ac. Was told over phone they had a $89.95 special. Check coils, blow out drain, check blower, contactor, etc. When he found unit was low on refrigerant that all went out the window. He said he would need to charge unit and add stop leak to unit. I was very leary about the leak stop but he said they add it to all units even new installs. He quoted me a price I heard less than $400 which didn't sound bad. I was busy mowing my grass when I went over to see what was going on he said something about $850. I questioned him about it and he told me I heard wrong. He had already done work so what could I do. He completed work and started making up ticket they don't give you a itemized bill it's just very general. I questioned him three times about how much refrigerant was added and he hummed and hawed and couldn't give me an answer. He couldn't even tell the price they charge for a pound of refrigerant. After he left I called and talked to someone in office and was told he put 3 pounds of refrigerant in at $250 per pound. He said it was due to global warming and the green new deal. I would suggest if you use this company get a itemized list of cost before they do any work. There's a big difference between $89.99 and $850.00.

We needed a diagnostic reading on our ac system for my home insurance so they can get it fixed . An employee by the name of Josh came out to our home that same day. He did a diagnostic test for us. Found the problem and explained how that particular part could have went out. Well he actually had the part we needed with him in his work van. He told us how much it would cost to fix it right then and there. And he also told us he would have to come back at a later time since we were going through home insurance. We told him to go ahead and replace the part right then and there and we will deal with a reimbursement from our insurance company on our own time so he emailed the diagnostic test results to us, We needed our cold air working asap! It only took him a few minutes to replace. Josh did a great job!!! Very professional and informative. He also let us know about other services they have that could benefit us for our ac system in the future. We will definitely be calling them back if needed. And I will now email the receipt and diagnostic test to my home insurance so I can get reimbursed. Thank you county wide service!

Heard honking outside my house today around 4:00pm. Looked out the window to see what was going on and a County Wide Service Company van was passing a school bus with children exiting while the bus honked and tried to get the van to stop. It is illegal and very unsafe to pass a school bus while the stop sign is out, especially as children are exiting. Please educate your drivers about road safety.

Our AC went down and our regular AC guy was busy. This company had immediate availability, and I can see why. It was just the capacitor, but these guys wanted $350 plus a $90 service fee to swap out a $17 capacitor. Outrageous. Worse, the tech had already swapped out the capacitor when he let me know what it was. I told him that I did not feel like paying more than double what it should cost to switch out a capacitor. I asked him not to put the old one back in, just take his out. This guy storms off through my house and swaps the capacitors out putting the old one back in. I'm still paying you $90 for a service fee you could at least do the tiny amount of service you're providing the way I asked. TL;DR Bad prices and bad service, shop somewhere else.

This is a great and trustworthy company. Don't hesitate to use them. Our entire AC system went down and we had to suddenly spend thousands to have it replaced. It could have been overwhelming but they made it easy to get financing online and they were able to replace it the next day. It was over a 100 degrees in SA so we were so grateful for there diligence and hardwork. I trust them and so does the rest of my family. It could've been such a terrible situation but they made it easy on us.

Okay, long story short. AC wasn't cooling, call a company, name rimes with fud. They indicated I needed a brand new Indoor coil unit. They wanted $6,500. The typical refrigerant and sealant dump and go, $1,000. Skew that. Called CW, Edgar was my tech, he check everything, figured out it was a bad air filter. AC cools like it should. CW is my go to AC service. Fair and Honest. 5 STARS everyday with them.

Our AC stopped working on Saturday and we paid for an emergency repair with our regular HVAC company. He diagnosed it as a bad circuit board in our blower and said Monday would be the earliest they could order the part. When he called today, and said it would be delivered tomorrow (Tuesday), I decided to get 2nd opinion and called County Wide. Primo came within an hour and 15 minutes and immediately said it wasn’t the circuit board. He spent two hours cleaning, fixing some wiring, and got it running. Troubled-shooted and rechecked drain pump, temp drop, etc. SO glad I called CW and am switching maintenance plan to them!!
