This company is top notch! The owner James and tech Jason have super high integrity that is SO hard to come by these days! I will never use any one else again after my experience with them this morning. For them to even come out and look at your system and diagnose your problem is free of charge. They are upfront with repair cost, if even needed! Turned out my coil was NOT damaged as other technicians had told me in the past and I do NOT have a freon leak as they said. My old system not cooling was due to my computer tower located in front of my main intake vent producing heat! The technician, Jason's thorough investigation figured this out swiftly! We moved it and my AC immediately started cooling again! Super impressed with his skills, knowledge, know how and experience and so blessed to finally have found a company that is timely, honest, helpful, fair and genuinely good people! As another reviewer has accurately stated, you will not go wrong choosing this company!
Honest, reliable, upfront on everything. I highly recommend Total Comfort Home for AC, Heating and the security windows are a must in our world, today. I can't be happier than working with James.
