My home ac was in need of replacement. Ernesto came to my home and provided me several options. I picked a replacement as my current unit was out dated and in need of repairs. The replacement units where a better value. Cool components arrived on time a did exactly what was told to me they would do. Very professional organized company. I will recommend to family and friends.
Had an issue with my AC and they came out a diagnosed it was the unit inside. They ended up getting me a really good deal on a a system and had it all installed and running in 3 days. Team was very professional and was awesome.
Fast and efficient
I am beyond unsatisfied. Installed our unit saying we didn't need a new thermostat , then our house cought on fire from the unit not running correctly due to NOT having a new thermostat.. They did not put in a new drip pan even tho the original one was old and breaking.. lovely to see water pouring in my Livingroom and mean while no one has actually come to fix it. They sent one service guy who suggested us to fix our pan crack with gum
The manager is amazing and a life saver he personally came out to repair my AC today after days of no air ......thank you I’m beyond grateful and there customer service skills are amazing especially the ladies answering the phone for after hour repairs thanks to all of you for your help
I would leave more stars if I could. I got home from out of town today and walked into a broken ac and my house at 97 degrees. too hot for my kids to even step in so we had to stay in the car. I called them and they were so sympathetic to my situation and got me helped as soon as possible. I’m so grateful. They showed up knew the problem within seconds and had cold air running in 5 minutes. The best customer service I’ve received in a while. Thank you💕

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. I spent over $10,000 on a bathroom remodel in 2017. A year later, I have a hole in my ceiling from where the tub leaked into my living room and the faucet drips. I called to ask about repairs since it was a year old, only to find out that they no longer offer that service and fired all of those contractors. They had to search to even find my paperwork because they did not know where it was. Finally the office worker said that she would call me back, that was two months ago and I'm still waiting. Buyer beware.

I recently had an A/C installed and the crew was great, they arrived when scheduled and communicated well also, explained what they were doing and told me what type of filter was best to install. When finished they did make sure units were working correctly & picked up all trash & area. Thank you so much.
Just great experience, with Cool component I did my other a/c replace 12 years ago and now agin because 12 years with out problem can go wrong with them.!!
